They did a great job, courteous, and professional. Full Synthetic oil change. Just make sure to tell them if youre using a Groupon first or youre causing a lot of extra hassle for them. (Just a friendly heads up)

Went to get an oil change and they spilled oil all over the place. When I called them he told me the technician was new and refused to take accountability. The manager is responsible for his staff. Dont use this place!! They over filled my coolant.. horrible service..

After I had an issue with service at another location, I went to this location on Cherokee st. and they fixed everything for me. everyone was extremely helpful, and the manager Candy was incredibly friendly and helpful. she made sure that my car was fixed up and ready to run. All this in the 20 minutes I had before work. This will be the only jiffy lube location I visit from now on.

Thank you Marvin and Brandon and the crew for the help with my car. They helped me get my oil change. They helped me get from point a to point b so I could get a new battery from AutoZone under warranty. And during the whole process I forgot my book bag and, they were there to return it to me when I realized I had left it. Thank ya guy very much and I hope all works out for you guys.

It’s an integrity thing. They put the wrong oil in my vehicle and tried to hide the fact by putting the oil in a clear container to fill the engine. Requested Pennzoil 10w30 by name and they got a jug of O’Reilly 10w30 that was only 5 quarts. Vehicle holds 6 quarts so I have no idea what else they added to fill it to capacity. Mistakes are OK and can be fixed, integrity is another matter altogether. Will never ever return.

Staff should give you prices of products when they suggest what needs replacement (air filters, wipers etc) They DID tell me what the prices for the oil change itself would be.

Marvin was very helpful and provided great service. I came in for an oil change and to replace my break pads. He gave me a great deal and he noticed I needed new tires. He was very informative and made me feel comfortable and also gave me knowledge about my car that I never knew. He didnt rush on my car and he didnt mind me asking questions. I used to use this jiffy lube but when I pulled in the open sign was on with no one around. I pulled into a parking spot and the worker was on the phone and seemed to throw his hands up when he seen they had a customer. I’ve used them for a long time and always had great service until today. Needless to say the Castrol down the road now has my business. They are kind clean and courteous.

Let me just start by saying I am so thankful that they were open on Sunday. The two hard-working employees was so kind and did their best work within best timing and including it being super cold in the morning they both still had a smile on their face and nice to each other. Im grateful that I came and I will definitely be coming back.

Blue haired chick (didnt get a name) went the extra mile and stayed late working on our breaks. We came in before and the breaks started smoking 4 miles after we left, management and prior employees didnt have time to do the caliber. The visit was much less stressful, thanks to the excellent service from those few employees. Appreciate ya!

Went in for an oil change, a week later my car is undrivable due to the carelessness and neglect of the mechanic. Wouldnt risk going here to be honest, they dont seem to take much pride in getting the job done properly.

So the staff was nice and they were quick but I dropped my car off strictly for an oil change and I told the guy moving my car that I just wanted what was on the sticker. I usually go to the QuickLube next to the car wash on wade green but they were closed. So I come to get my car and it was an $80 charge.... I was then accused of driving off without saying what oil I wanted... I don’t know if it’s because I’m younger that they thought I wouldn’t notice or care but I usually only pay $40 so I’m a bit angry. The guy gave me a $10 off coupon but it’s still $70. My only advice is be very specific about what you want or they will do whatever and charge you for it. Somehow I got charged for a full service and fluid check when I said I just wanted an oil change.

I was greeted quickly and given all the prices accurately! I did ask for a discount, and was only offered a $10.00 off, and nothing more, as I began to leave and the employee was walking away, i asked for the manager, who then came forward and was very knowledgeable and I asked for a better discount and she kindly did so, and i was in and out quickly and very happy. These guys are awesome, the oil change prices are pretty much the same as everywhere else. BUT they vacuum out your floor mats and top off all your vital fluids. you can even come back and get those same fluids topped off PLUS 2 more quarts of oil!!! will definitely recommend to my friends and family!!

The prices here are higher than other options for an oil or air filter change. The staff is friendly enough but I cant vouch for their competence. I purchased a tire through them, and they only admitted to being unable to get the tire on the rim after Id waited for THREE AND A HALF HOURS. I had to take the tire to another shop to be put on, where it took less than five minutes. They offered nothing in return for wasting a total of four hours of my time on a task they couldnt complete, though they admitted it was their fault. Other shops are less expensive and better equipped.

The Price is average, I was here for oil change. The people are excellent. The staff explain to me my options and his recommendations very well. They forgot my mileage sticker though

My experience at this location was by far the best experience I’ve had at any other location . The manager Antoinnette was very respectful and Marvin the assistant manager was very fast and attentive in getting the work done I needed on my car . I will definitely be back .

I stopped in here today after noticing they were open I only needed my tire pressure checked. They were so friendly and helpful. I bring my own oil and they put it in for me, add washer fluid and vacuum my car for a very good price. They also have no lifts so it’s good for lowered cars!

I absolutely love this Jiffy Lube! Mike and his team were so quick and helpful when I got my oil changed a few weeks ago. I would highly recommend visiting them for all of your car’s service needs!

I usually get my oil changed at WalMart but decided to try Jiffy Lube. I purchased a Groupon that promised a Conventional Signature Service Oil Change which includes the oil change, fluid top-off, key component inspections, tire inflation, window cleaning, and floor vacuuming. I paid more for this service than a competing groupon with Valvoline (a basic oil change was $22)..however..this was the most unprofessional auto maintenance place Ive ever experienced. The two employees that were working were unfriendly and not at all concerned with COVID-19 (no PPE, no social distancing respect). They did NONE of the services mentioned in the groupon aside from the oil change; my washer fluid tank is still empty (yet they marked them as complete on the paperwork). When I asked them to check the tire pressure, they said that their gauge is broken. Total rip off and will not EVER be going back to any Jiffy Lube.

My air filters really needed changing and now I have cleaner air to breathe when I drive! Nice waiting room with a TV too.

These people dont even know how to put air in tires. On Wednesday December 12th, I paid a visit to this Jiffy Lube because my tire pressure was low in one of my tires. I simply needed more air. Young man put air in three of my tires and checked the rear driver side Tire. Then said all of my tires were okay and good to go and all I needed to do was drive my car and eventually the light will go off. LOL. You know these days you just got to do things yourself! I simply took my car to QuikTrip and put it in the main tire that he neglected to put air in and lo and behold what do you know, the tire pressure light went off! These people couldnt do something as simple as putting air in tires.
