I was partners in a roofing company back in 2018. I left the company July 2018 due to some family illness. I made Beacon aware that I was leaving the company. Fast forward to today. The Roofing company went bankrupt and beacon failed to remove my name from the account so now they received a judgment against me without my knowledge. I informed them and showed them the conversations. Their lawyers said it doesn’t matter because now I have a judgment against me and I must pay the money. In the process of fighting this now. I will be counter suing for restitution be careful if you do business with them.

Beacon has some really awesome tools. Theyre also very friendly and helpful anytime I need it. They are very accommodating at taking back returns. And always communicate with me clearly when they will be delivering materials.

Great staff - Fast service (even with the Covid protocol stuff...)

First they refuse to allow me to try on some cougar paws a couple of months ago so I could make sure I got the right size (they said they had no mechanism for allowing me to do that during the covid crises). Luckily a different supplier had no problem with bringing me out 2 sizes to try so I made sure I got the right one. And now they refuse to sell me replacement pads. Apparently they close out the register before actual closing time and it would be too much of a bother to sell me any pads. Ever since this place was taken over by Beacon their customer service has been the worst.

Not enough people to unload inbound trucks .. Warehouse manager Jeff was very rude when explaining the unloading process.
