Terrible customer service. Terrible customer care. After 5 years of being a good customer I received the worst possible care/service when it came time for me to move. With no regard for the customer from December 2020 through March 2021 I was charged for a months I didnt require service, charged for mistakes the representatives made on their end, double charged my bank, spoke to several representatives and all had different policies. I tried adhering to the policies and timelines I was given each time I called but, still got extremely poor customer care. For a company as big as they are the customer service and consideration for your customers is lacking. Every time I called I was tossed from one representative to another. Would have to be on the phone for an hour or so. Its really unfortunate because the equipment is good however, they lack value for their customers and can do better.

They might have a great product and service after install, but I guess well never know. Filled out request to get information online, the agent who called was extremely pushy and would not back off trying to force me to make the purchase immediately. Told her multiple times that I was just getting prices and needed to discuss with my wife, and she refused to accept that. Even after I told her that an aggressive sales approach was not the way to go, she continued in the same vein. Finally had to hang up on her. Not worth the effort, well look elsewhere.

This was a great experience. That was the nicest installer Ive ever had in my home. He was very polite and new what he was doing. He answered all of my questions. Best Installation Team!

BEWARE OF DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES!!! The telephone sales folks here were flat out misleading and dishonest. They told me multiple times that ALL of the specific equipment I was requesting would be included in the deal they were offering. I actually talked to four sales people over two days who all understood my request and assured me their offer covered my equipment. It was only after they took, and I found out later charged, my credit card info that they said I would get a specific dollar amount credit that each piece of equipment would draw down from. When I asked how much each piece cost to determine if their credit would be enough they said they didnt know. When I told the sales guy that I did not want to move forward and to cancel the deal he said it was too late, that he had already processed my card and that he couldnt reverse it. He said I would get an email (I never did) and that I could call the customer service number to cancel my account (mind you I never agreed to an account). Later after not getting an email I called back the number their sales people had called me from. When I asked for customer service instead of sales I was on hold for 15 minutes. When the lady finally came on the line I asked her to confirm what was included in my equipment. She read off a list that was FAR short of what was promised. She did say I would have an equipment credit, but of an amount far short of the amount promised. I then asked how much each piece of equipment would cost and she was able to immediately quote me the price that the sales rep claimed he did not know. As I suspected, the credit deal would not have covered the equipment. In fact it was somewhere between $1,000 and $1,500 short. There were a few other flat out lies that I was told, but this review is already long winded enough. I guess I will just have to provide the additional details to the Governors Office of Consumer Affairs, the Office of the Attorney General, and the BBB.

Very informative about the product, educational to customer professional in every aspect of his time in installing the system. Grade a+...Outstanding!!

Worst customer service.please don’t install home security with this people because they promise u something and provide something else. Not trustworthy people . Total ripoff
