My wife loves the different handsoap scents and many of the 3-wick candles as well as the Into the Night lotion and body spray .. spent over $100 this past weekend

Closed at 5:50 on a weekday. No sign. No phone call answers. No explanations. Mall staff also had no explanations. Glad we drove the 45 minutes to get there based off of their website info. Maybe try and update that once in awhile. That would go a long way. Until then, Calhoun or anywhere else seems to be the better option.

DO NOT BUY CANDLES HERE! They have German roaches! I do pest control for a living so I know what I’m talking about. These are the tiny roaches 🪳 that infest your tv, microwave, stove, couches, etc. I picked up a candle and one ran across the side. You will end up taking them home with you. Disgusting!!!

Its always a pleasure coming into the store to buy their lovely products, but why have multiple store attendees roam around the store and have just one person at the checkout area, causing and unnecessary queue and long wait to check out. I had to bring their attention to it, immediately she apologized and had someone man a second till. Other than that, B&BW products are awesome.

Staff here is really helpful. One of the ladies heard me talking about wondering is they had a different item in the scent I was holding and politely asked which item and then helped me find it. The cashiers come out and sanitize between each customer. They also are giving away free cello bags,tags, and ribbon as many as you need for all the stuff you buy. Ill be making 20 cute goodie bag gifts and they gave me all the supplies!

The employees are very friendly and helpful. They were able to answer all of questions. Everything is cleaned frequently and the card reader at the register is cleaned after every use. If you want to smell a scent you can spray it on a tester card so you arent picking up all of the products and opening them. There always seems to be a great sale going on.

Wife said it was wonderful I didnt actually enter the store I stood out in the hallway at the mall. My wife shopped for discounted Christmas gifts and got some good deals. It was funny they had arrows on the ground showing which way traffic was supposed to proceed a woman walked by with her kids going the wrong way i said something she said she didnt have to listen to those rules because she didnt want to. I told her kids remember that if you ever have any rules you dont agree with.

My experience was over shadowed by one of the check out ladies. I purchased 3 christmas candle holders, when I swiped my Navy Federal visa card initially it declined and shes going to yell DECLINED at the top of her lungs. Then my Capital One card and it declined well shes going yell DECLINED again at the of her lungs again. Finally my Navy Federal credit card approved. Come to find out that due to the bombing in Nashville, TN it caused a communication glitch with visa. Which caused my visa card to decline. Bath & Body teach your employees etiquette

One of my favorite places to visit for lotions and shower gel. But the one thing they really need to change is better customer service.

Sales staff are a bit pushy in doing their sales spiel. Wish they had more items in certain scents. Otherwise theyre ok.

The customer service was amazing period everyone was very attentive and showed me where things were and answered all of my questions. However, I do not understand what people love about Bath & body works. The sense for those candles are terrible to me they have really good hand soap though.

I love B&BW products but their salespeople are too pushy! Let folks browse! Theres a lot to see (and sniff!) Always love this place; the staff is so friendly and helpful! I do need to brag on one particular employee, however, who helped me today with a particularly difficult and (in my opinion) ridiculous return/repurchase I had. Vicki was so caring and understanding of my situation and really helped me out! She was so polite and positive and it really made my day! Vicki and the rest of the staff are fantastic! Great location; busy, but worth it! :)

If I could live in a store, it will be this one. It smells amazing. The staff is knowledgeable and very polite. Candles, lotions, body wash, fragrances, body spray, room spray and more. I always have the best experiences when visiting any location.

This place is one of my favorite places to stop by every time I go to the mall, they have lots of candles and body sprays and hand lotions and more, they also have mans stuff, a lot of the times they have great deals going on so you get great prices, right now if you buy two candles you get two free! If you want the best smelling candles you must stop by this place before the discount ends! Hurry dont delay!!

This store is always clean and I am usually greeted from the first 30 seconds that I step into this store. I love to go to their semi-annual sale and even when it is busy they always seem to have someone ready to help us if we need it.

Always having sales and staff is at the door and all around ready to assist you and hand you a bag if your buying more than you can hold. They have great candles!! Theyre my absolute favorite, the scents are strong and will fill your entire house with the scent. I would definitely recommend this store.

Good store, but checkout always takes forever and the lines are uncomfortable and start to interfere with normal shopping. Prices are extremely high for what you get, so definitely wait for a sale (when the line problem is even worse). Good store to browse and some really good scents. I highly recommend the Praline Pecan scent, it smells like cookies.

Exceptional customer service from a young lady named Kerrie. I had no idea what I wanted and she helped me find the right fragrance in the citrus vetiver & I love it. Much thanks to her on helping this fragrance-challenged guy find his way.
