Great selection of shoes. Be ready to drop $$$$ though.
Visited this location Saturday evening looking for shoes. A nice young man greeted me at the front of the store and asked if he could assist me. I told him what I was looking for and he stated he they did not have it but do I need anything else before leaving. And yes, I did need socks.
Lady on the phone was very helpful and nice when I called
I can’t honestly discern if it’s apathy or incompetence. Went in to purchase something. They didn’t have exactly what I wanted, but what happened to customer service. What happened to trying to find a product similar or even being remotely helpful. This is why so many people are willing to just buy everything online. It’s just sad.
Awesome customer service.
Today they lost a customer and a sale. Took my boys in to buy some shoes. There was not a lot of people in the store and the 4 associates we saw where just standing around talking to each other. They saw us and said nothing, not even a welcome, how can I help. My oldest asked me are they going to say something, so I replied I guess they don’t want a sale. We left the store and went to Finish Line located at the first floor. As soon as we walked in both of the guys working there said welcome and how may I help. Long story short bought 5 pairs of shoes, spent over $500, now to Champs that might not be a lot but to a working person it is. Champ has lost a customer, will not return there to buy shoes EVER again. So if you like to be acknowledged and treated well, then I suggest staying away from Champs.
I would say horrible customer service, but I didnt get any service. I walked in and I saw and heard the 4 employees joking and laughing loudly while customers who were there before me sat and waited for service. I held 2 pair of kids shoes which were located right behind where the employees were joking in my hands. I waited for 5 minutes and still didnt receive any service. The customers that were there before I came in were still sitting and waiting. Why should I have to ask for service from those who are getting paid to provide a service?
They brought out one shoe only for my daughter to try on then walked away without asking if she needed further assistance. When I asked for the other shoe the employee made a very loud ugh sigh as he walked to the back for the other shoe. He along with 2 other employees were merely laughing and joking behind the register so what was this exasperated sigh for🤷🏾♀️
A place for good shoes at affordable prices.
Went in just to look around and ended up purchasing some shoes. Staff was very helpful and courteous.
Staff was not friendly or very helpful. Ill never shop at this location again.
Bad service!!!!
