Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff! I expressed what I wanted in scrub pants and tops and I was matched perfectly with my wants. By far, the best uniform shop in the area! It takes about two weeks to get the products in but I still recommend this shop to anyone needing or wanting scrubs.

Great prices and specials but the manager is not very pleasant to deal with. When I came in to get scrubs I told her I was looking for black scrubs and she told me they were probably out of everything but she did end up finding me some scrubs. She got me what I needed but her customer service could use some improvement. I don’t like feeling like a bother when I’m trying to spend money. Since they were out of a lot of styles I placed a special order and was told it would take 2-3 weeks. I kind of forgot about them but then realized February is nearly over so I gave them a call this morning. Before this phone call, I would have given 4 stars. Sure the manager is curt and grumpy but it seems that’s who she is and like I said I got what I needed. But when I called today, she was less than helpful. She grumpily asked for my reference number then as I gave it to her, snapped at me to hold on. I gave it to her and she told me that it wasn’t coming up. So I kept repeating it and she finally said it’s too many numbers and I don’t need to give her the last number. It would have been helpful to say that from the beginning. She told me that the item was on back order until the end of the month and that I was told that when I was at the store. I told her I was not told that and asked when I could expect the items. She just kept repeating that they are on back order until the end of the month and I just wanted to know if that meant they would be in store at the end of the month (it’s feb 24) or if I should expect the original 2-3 week shipping time. Basically asking if they were on backorder for them or the supplier. I kept trying to clarify because she kept repeating the same thing. I then asked to speak to someone more helpful and she scoffed and told me she was the manager. I was the thinking of the younger girl that had helped me place my special order may be able to help me but she chose to continue to act like my question was unreasonable when I’ve already waited a month and need more scrubs so really I was just trying to figure out if they’d be here at the end of the month (4 days from now) or if I should expect to wait a few more weeks or month. Anyways she finally told me that the clothes are in Texas and usually take about 2 weeks to ship. Ahhh finally an answer. It would have been helpful for her to say that in the beginning and I told her that. If I hadn’t purchased final sale I would definitely cancel my order just not to have to deal with the manager ever again.

I went in yesterday to grab a badge holder. I had my mask on and I left my 7 year daughter in front of the glass window outside, bc she was eating and I didn’t want her to mess anything up. I grabbed what I needed and then I heard an extremely rude women speak that someone an say they have to get out without a mask on, you can’t be in here.. It was my daughter. Ok fine but there was another kid in the store without a mask on maybe a few years younger than my daughter, but my kid is the one that has to leave. The Savannah mask order says 10 years and younger aren’t required to wear a mask, and also there was no post on the door that said they weren’t following that guidance. Quite honestly if she had been nicer about it I probably would of been as upset, but she’s a child and there is no room in this world for an adult to treat any child that way for simple coming in their store. I’m all about following the rules, but we can’t pick and choose who has to follow them and who doesn’t.

I typically dont purchase my uniforms from scrub source due to their dismal selection of nice quality items but I wanted to support local instead of shopping online so I decided to stop in for some new scrub pants today. Today I tried on two pairs of pants and didnt like the fit so after trying them on I returned them to their hangers and then to the rack where I had picked them up. After one last ditch spin around the store I decided to leave. When sitting in my car getting things together a man approaches me and accuses me of stealing the pants because he didnt see them in the fitting room. He becomes more aggressive and accusatory. The parking lot is FULL of people and David is standing there demanding my name and information because he didnt see the pants in the fitting room. I explained I returned them to their rack and he became more belligerent. It was really embarrassing, really for both of us. He also said their clientele was horrible and they all steal.Way to go David. Youre doing a really fine job repelling people from your business.

Heard great things about this location, went in and found a few pieces, got a discount even though the company I work for isnt on the list of medical providers that provide discounts (or whatever). Before I checked out, I asked if the material was of great quality and if it would rip easily like cheaper scrubs from elsewhere. I was assured that would not be the case, so imagine my surprise a week later and the material ripped like the cheaper scrubs!! It was almost like the material was dry rotted or something, I was extremely disappointed and now I have costly ripped scrubs I cannot wear to work. I suggest everyone go elsewhere to find quality scrubs that wont rip a week later.

I love the uniforms here but sometimes i just want to browse but the lady there dont seem to want you to. If you tell her you just want to look she keeps asking what youre looking for.

Their customer service is okay....not great but okay. I ordered a set of uniforms and a lab coat the order was promised in 7 days it has been over the promise date. I will not be ordering anything from them again. Online prices are actually cheaper.

Going out of business sales and prices are excellent. Its a little cluttered, so you have to dig for what you want.

Wonder manager who took the time to help me find exactly what I needed and what she didnt have I stick she ordered it and when it came in she called to let me know. Very nice people.
