We just stopped by to look at some things. We were dressed like homeless people because we hadnt planned to go into a jewelry store. Anyway Heather asked us immediately if we need help we told her we were interested in necklaces and she showed us a variety until she narrowed her style down. Decided on a nice opal necklace and were out the door. Really happy with the experience.

We had an amazing experience at the Kennesaw location of D.Geller & Sons. When my husband and I first walked in, I only knew that I wanted a diamond necklace but wasnt sure what kind of design or what carat to consider. However, thanks to amazing Ms. Fatima Bejarano, I was able find out which design suited me the best. Fatima stayed within our budget and found the perfect necklace for me. (She was also able to get us amazing price.) This necklace at the time was located at a different D. Geller & Sons, but Fatima brought it over to Kennesaw location in less than 24 hours for me to try on. She spent good 2 hours with me responding kindly to all my questions, and also even helped me custom the necklace to fit my exact needs. Fatima also asked the on-site jeweler to customize the necklace in less than 48 hours. I am very happy with my purchase but more than anything, I am grateful for such a pleasant experience at a jewelry shop. I cant wait to go back for a Christmas gift for myself.

My experience with D. Geller & Son was beyond my expectations. Store Associate, Amber Romano, helped me get the perfect engagement ring while making the entire process easy and enjoyable. She also gave me weekly updates on my custom ring order and helped me outside of her scheduled business hours. The staff will not make you feel like they simply want a commission. They are very personable, reasonably priced, and well worth your time. I highly suggest looking into their stores history and stopping by to see the great selection.

I was looking for a specific piece of jewelry, and Tiffany spent several hours assisting me in trying to find the perfect piece. When I was not able to find that perfect piece, she helped me create a special order to make my own perfect piece. She provided excellent service, was very personable, and was dedicated to making my entire experience fantastic. I recommend this specific location, and I highly recommend Tiffany to take care of your jewelry needs! This is an amazing store with amazing employees, I would give more stars if it were possible. Everyone there has been amazing and helpful but a special shout out to Connie. She was who helped me fine the ring I proposed with (she said yes!!) and she was great! So I went to Jared’s a few months prior and was treated very poorly. I had planned on proposing to my girlfriend before we closed on a home in July. Went to buy diamond earrings as a last minute gift. After much research, decided on D. Geller. Went over to the earring section and was met by Sara Torres. I seriously cant say how amazing D. Geller and Son is! I had to have my great grandmas ring taken in to be repaired and they did such an awesome job! Although the ring wasnt purchased through D. She walked me through what needed to be done/timeline and she really put my mind at ease! I experienced stellar customer service from Tiffany at this location. I reached out to her in the midst of a poor customer service crisis with a different company, and she swooped in for the rescue. I explained to her what I desired and needed, and within moments, she was messaging me with options she could look into for me. This was so convenient. Having a small child at home, it was so much easier for her to bring the options to me via text. Im so appreciative for her willingness, efforts, and overall superior level of customer service!

My future husband and I came here to get my engagement ring, and Connie was fantastic. She helped us find the perfect ring without pushing us at all. She took her time to talk to me to learn my style, and when I picked a sapphire over a diamond, she was just as enthusiastic as I was. Then, a few months later, I wanted to get my wedding band. Again, they didnt push me, and they even contoured the ring to my engagement ring, so they look stunning. She even called me the next day to really make sure I loved it. I recommend this place a thousand times over.

Pretty disappointed in the ring I received. My wife paid over $1,500 for my wedding ring and it doesnt look nearly like the website image. When I originally received the ring, I made it known that the product didnt match the website.. I was told to wait a few years and once it wears down a bit it would look more desirable.. two years later and it looks the same.D Geller sent the ring back to the company to have it re-finished, yet it still doesnt resemble the photo.. I am now being told theres nothing they can do about it..If I knew that from the beginning we would have went somewhere else.I dont think its fair to have a customer pay that much money to receive something that doesnt match what they display and no resolution..In response to your last message... I am quite confused as to how you think D Gellar and Son has done everything in their power to make me a happy customer? They simply sent the ring to the company, asked them to resolve the issue and make the ring match the websites photo.. ring was returned and it still doesn’t look right. D Geller then told me there’s nothing else they can do..After I posted this review expressing my dissatisfaction I received a call from the GM. First sentence out of his mouth was how important reviews are to them... not the greatest way to start a conversation. He then proceeded to offer a solution - return my ring for a full refund. Ok, come on now... this is the very ring my wife and I promised our vows with.. plus she had if custom engraved.. even if it doesn’t meet my expectation OR match the websites photo, it still has sentimental value! Have some sympathy.Not to mention, he said they would go back to the company and have them pay for it... so basically I was given the option to return my ring (lose something special to me and not have a wedding band anymore) and D Geller would then contact the company and get a refund for their purchase... how is that the slightest bit fair?I also ended the phone conversation with Stephen stating that I was not willing to give up something that was that important to me... even if I look at it every day in dissatisfaction.

When I was looking for an engagement ring several months back I sent out a bunch of requirements to several area jewelers. Tiffany was the first to respond, presented several options that fit my criteria, and custom ordered the remaining pieces. The whole process was smooth, the jeweler at the Kennesaw location is a skilled craftsman and gentleman, so kudos to him as well. Even a couple months later, I walk in and they still remember my name and make me feel like a valued customer when dropping the ring off to be cleaned.

My husband bought my wedding set here 8 years go and had a wonderful experience. Since then I have taken my rings in and had them cleaned or what not.. The employees here have always been super nice and helpful! I just recently went in for a cleaning and feel in love with a another wedding band... I was very happy with the service of all the employees. Emily helped me out as soon as I walked through the door she helped make my engagement by showing me the rings and helping me with picking my diamond. My new Fiancé loves her ring.

Had my wifes wedding band cleaned and added some more stones and bands. Emily was very helpful in guiding us through the process of finding the best solution for what we were looking for. Will definitely go back next time we are in the market for jewelry.
