From the estimate to the install, I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Visionaire Windows. They were extremely helpful while we determined the best products for our house and even provided a virtual mock up of the final results. Once we ordered, scheduling was a breeze and the install crew showed up right on time. They were all so friendly and went above and beyond to leave our house in better shape then when they arrived. They were very careful to lay down appropriate floor coverings to catch all the mess, and vacuumed behind them to ensure nothing was left behind. Each window was cleaned before they left and they walked us through exactly how to operate each component as well. After they left, we noticed one window had a scratch on it. I called the office and they ordered a new one which arrived about two weeks later. Again, scheduling and install was so pleasant and they did everything to make it right. Overall, this was an incredible experience. Whole house windows was a big investment, but it was very enjoyable to work with everyone we encountered at Visionaire Windows! We had almost all of the windows in our home replaced with Visionaire Windows. The crew from visionary Windows are very professional. They did a great job of installing 32 windows in our home on 10-1-21. They did the work over 3 days.Besides installing 32 windows they replaced many of the molding and trim that make the windows look like they are brand new which they are.The house now looks like its only a couple years old.The crew consisted of Darren, Kaden, John, Jake and Seth .Darren, was the crew leader and ensured that everything was done perfectly.They started on the top floor and worked their way down. Every room was completed before they left it including cleanup.These were the best contractors Ive ever used. The doors and windows look great and are doing a much better job of insulating than what we used to have. Great windows but Installation was rushed and below expectations due to a lack of quality control. After installation, I noticed that not all windows were caulked into place and some screens were ripped. Highly suggest a through walk through before letting installers leave. Tim and Cameron were very responsive and personally came out to address and fix all the issues within a 2 weeks of original installation.

From the beginning the sales person was very patient with us and gave us information that was easy to understand so that we could make a good evaluation of what best fit our needs. I extensively interviewed 5 different window companies and was completely sold on Visionaire. We replaced all 31 windows in our house. I feel like I did a solid level of research and competitive quoting and found Visionaire to be the best value. They listened to my needs and came forward with a proposal that was consistent with the value of my home and did not oversell me. Very professional and thorough. COVID aware that anyone entering the house wore a mask. Did some minor carpentry work to repair rotted window sills. Trimmed away some shrubbery blocking the windows. Cleaned up well afterwards. Very happy with the results.

The installation crew showed up on time and it was easy to see that they were experienced professionals who knew what they were doing. They worked efficiently and had a great system for install from beginning to end including clean up. Friendly, courteous and happy to answer any questions. I cant say enough good about Darren Lupo and his install crew. They arrived when they said they would, cleaned up after themselves and were about as professional a crew as Ive seen on any kind of job. They were incredibly respectful and went about their jobs putting down blankets where they were working to keep from damaging things. We of course had a couple of minor little things that didnt go exactly according to plan (any big job will always have glitches) but Darren came to me with a very reasonable workaround and then made it happen.I think the one thing that really stood out in my brain is something I overheard Darren say to one to one of his guys while I was downstairs working. I only caught the tail end of the conversation, but I heard him say...Well, regardless of that, its on us to make it right - one way or the other. That gave me a really warm and fuzzy feeling that I was in really good hands. Its one thing to say that when talking directly to a customer, but for me to just overhear him telling his crew that when he doesnt know Im listening - that shows integrity. After the initial measure, the owner himself and a couple of other guys came out to measure again just to make sure everything was as accurate as could be.If youre trying to figure out what company to use - you are probably cruising the web like I did trying to get someone to come out and give you estimates and then determine if you can trust them to do a good job at a fair price. Our house had the original 1986 single pane wood windows. Visionaire replaced all of our windows and the difference is amazing. The team of guys who did the install left our house cleaner than it was before they arrived. In addition to our house looking great, the windows are under warranty for any breaks no matter the cause, and Visionaire guarantees the labor. I hughly recommend this company!

From start to finish Visionaire went far and beyond what was expected. The sales rep Alex was no non-sense and forthcoming with any information. No hour and a half presentation. The lead installer Cameron was more than helpful with any requests I had and took the time to show me how the windows were installed and operated. The owner Tim was on site with the installation team. He and another member stayed past the end of their working day to finish the job which should have taken them two days to accomplish. I dont recommend this, but they did me the extra favor of watching my animals during the installation as well. They kept the work site and my home clean throughout the process. I didnt have to be home. I trusted them to do the job and I wasnt disappointed. Great Job Visionaire!!! I will refer you to anyone who needs this service in the future.

Installed my Windows today and not only were the guys great they worked together with a speed of a group that found their rhythm together. I was pleasantly surprised that they installed 13 windows and cleaned up (vacuumed, rehung my blinds and put everything back where it was) in little over 6 house. These guys are great. I would recommend them to anyone that needs windows. Also their pricing (I got 3 estimates) was great and their guy Ross is so very informative and will educate you on replacement windows. You cant go wrong with this company.

While not the least expensive quote we received, we felt there was more value in choosing Visionaire and the windows they offer. Most of those who come out to quote want to do their entire pitch and take tons of your time. The salesman who came asked if wed had those pitches already and then said, lets knock this out in 20 minutes while still comparing the windows and quoting. Very cognizant of our time and understanding were buying, its just a matter of whom we go with.Paid half up front and were given a time frame, then they beat that time frame by about 2 weeks.The installers were great, even working around problems in a couple of the windows while showing me first what they planned to do. They even had another project manager come out to not only inspect the overall work, but the check those couple of windows they had to do extra work to make sure its not going to be an issue later.For what its worth, I recommend Visionaire. Pablo, Jason, and Gonzalo were my window installers on 11.13.19. They arrived at 8am in 19 degree weather. They went to work in an excellent and professional manner. We have just had 32 windows replaced by Visionaire Windows and could not be happier with our experience. From my first phone contact with Megan, our quote and numerous phone calls with our salesman Ross to the wonderful installation crew and follow up visits from the owner Tim, it has been a great experience. I found everyone to be very knowledgeable about windows in general. They had great suggestions about types of windows. We replaced some double hung windows with casement windows which I love!! There was no high pressure sales pitch and a lot of good follow up and concern about getting the job done right not just done. I would highly recommend them.

I worked with Jason over 4 or 5 months before finally deciding to move forward with replacing windows in half the house. Awesome company. This is the second time I have used them to install windows. They were on time and completed the 23 window job in about 6 hours. They took down all the blinds, installed the windows, re-installed blinds, and cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommended!

Enjoyed the experience of having our windows replaced. All appointments were kept and everyone showed up when they were supposed from the 1st sales appointment to the last day of work. Windows were exactly as ordered and the work excellent. We had some rot around some of our widows and they, as promised, removed the bad wood and replaced it before putting in the new windows. Our yard was cleared of all evidence they had been there and the workers courteous and professional.

I agree that the company is extremely professional and responsive. The crew who installed the windows were no-nonsense, respectful and left my property spotless. However, the product (the actual windows) have very thick frames which greatly cuts down in the light I was looking for AND I now do not have functional window sills. By the time I realized this, all my old windows were already gone so I had no choice. As I had indicated I was looking for more light, I should have been informed ahead of time. I bear some responsibility as I was shown a sample but didn’t really visualize the window installed.

Tim came out to our house with samples and answered all of our questions. We expressed interest in a heat shield coating in the windows. Tim invited us to the shop for a demonstration with a heat gun. He ordered the windows and held them for us as we are having other exterior work done on our home. Our windows were installed today and we love them. We have already noticed a difference in relation to both heat and sound. Cameron, Darren and Tim installed the windows quickly and efficiently. Visionaire Windows replaced the windows in our house last week. We could not be happier with our experience with the windows and the installation crew. Most of the windows were double hung and that installation was professional and exceptionally clean. What little debris fell inside or outside fell on blankets they installed. Furniture was covered for protection against dust, but there was very little dust created. Significant since the windows being replaced dated from 1952. Eight of the windows were picture windows on what had been a screened. porch. Each window required a custom installation, because of differing dimensions. Each window is centered and square. Because the space was not built to accommodate windows the finish trim was a challenge. The trim was installed with laser precision. We have noticed a significant improvement in air conditioning use. The next power bill should quantitate improvement.

The sales representative from Visionaire was very helpful, courteous and was very willing to work with us regarding our needs. He made multiple trips to our house to get everything right. The install crew was very good, they did an excellent job installing our new door and sidelights. The only little thing I can say is that we were surprised when they arrived at our house a little earlier than expected. A text did come a few minutes after they arrived though, oh well. The big question - would I use them again? Absolutely, keep up the good work.

Josh came out and was a bit concerned about some possible wood rot in my daughters room, when they came to install the windows the rot was apparently to bad to install the windows and was a safety issue, they put the old window back in and secured the wall till I got someone to fix the structure. When I called to setup the initial consultation, Dorothy was very helpful. Josh came out and did a great explanation of our options, and we got our quote back quickly. We got quotes from other companies, and Visionaire was the best price for the quality of the product. We decided to do some of the windows now and wait on some. Amazing quality windows- very happy with the product. We hear much less street noise now, and the AC doesnt have to run so much to counteract all the sun coming in. Megan was great with addressing any questions/concerns we had, and Tim came out to help with a few smudges on the new 2nd story window we couldnt reach to clean, and he left everything sparkling and perfect. Great people, very pleased.

We bought a house that was built in the 80s with wooden window frames and about-to-deteriorate front door. Visonaire replaced 25 windows over the last two years, and could not be happier with the results! The crew are quick, clean-up everything spotless., and take pride in the work. Pricing is very competitive. Double-hungs are easy to clean. I totally recommend them. UPDATE - a large picture windowsturned out to be defective, and needed to be replaced.

From the first estimate visit to waving goodbye as the installers left our house, we were very impressed with the professionalism of the Visionaire team. Tim thoroughly explained the product he recommended, even showing us a sample. I think he came and measured three times to be sure everything was exactly right before ordering. Everyone was very responsive to our questions. Darren, Cameron and Max arrived at the worksite on time each day, and worked hard through the day. They all cleaned up after themselves as they went along, leaving our home as they found it - except with better windows! I will be recommending Visionaire to our friends and neighbors who need replacement windows. You get what you pay for, and we are glad we chose Visionaire.

I can honestly say that I have not seen this kind of craftsmanship in many years and I have been around along time.There is always doubt in a customers mind when agreeing on this kind of project, the cost, the quality, all the percieved thoughts about the job, the outcome.But for me to be astonished at the level of quality and professionalism display by your crew, it was mind boggleing, I still cant believe it.I had five quotes, four turned me off so bad that I almost gave up. After sitting thru all these sales pitchs I know that I could give a better sales presentation, terrible stuff .We are upgrading the house and a fifty year old house isnt easy to get a handle on whats needed. Alex was Great, easy to listen to and easy to trust, couldnt wait to get the job started. The tech who did the measurements was totally perfect, no messing around, in / out / great eye for all the necessary data.But to see these guys attack the beat up old 1950s windows was,,,amazing. Especially the large bay window which I love, it makes the house.As the installers worked, inspite my little dog driving them crazy, I witnessed art work and professional craftsmanship normally seen in a surgical surrounding.These guys removed all the window treatments, put them back up in no time, moved furniture, they even cleaned up after to a degree which reflected a professional training long missing today by most companys.I cant say enough to praise this team.I would recommend Visionaire to any serious homeowner looking to up-grade their windows, in a heart beat !!!!!
