My sister got me a beautiful necklace from the I Am Loved collection, and it was my favorite necklace. It broke about 3 months after the purchase, and they said the repair would take A FULL MONTH. I was very disappointed. Today, I finally got my chain back, and the chain is poorly repaired. Instead of giving me a new chain, they just melted the metal and stuck it back together lazily. Very disappointed….

Do not ever in life but a ring from Helzenberg. Ive had my ring almost fours years. I wanted to upgrade my ring, but trade my old ring for a new ring. Now Helzenberg is saying they cant trade or buy back ring because its not a solitary diamond. No one told us of this policy when we purchased the ring. Now I will have to sell it to get collateral for a new ring. Even though, its Helzenbergs product. They are complete liars. Dont even waste your time. Jewelry is not free.

The best staff I have ever came in contact with. All of them are willing to go above and beyond to help you with whatever they can, even if you are not making a purchase. Best Jewelry Store. They have a nice selection that vary in many different styles and types. I really loved that they guide you based on the actual quality rather than the price. I almost purchased a diamond ring that was way more expensive but one of the associates warned me that the cheaper diamond ring that I liked originally was way better quality than that more expensive one. Great place!

I would like to take the opportunity to thank Eric at this location. After a not so pleasant experience my wife had trying to get her wedding ring repaired he went out of his way to make sure things were right for us. He did it with a smile and we appreciate him so much!

Melody is so awesome. So amazing and so helpful. She is very polite very pleasant and very understanding about what I am looking for. Some of the current staff are less than great. They would rather be on their phone then make a sale. Repeat customer here and this is one of my least favorite locations but it is the closest one to us. We love helzberg as a jewelry company this location just needs some better staff.

I walked in with the intentions of purchasing a nice pair of diamond studded earrings. I left with my new Fiances dream of 3 pair of diamond studded earrings. Madonna was the first lady who greeted me, and she then passed me onto Harriett. The professionalism Madonna had was far from all. She was able to assist me with my immediate questions while assisting another person. As soon as Harriett was available she then took over and was able to answer each and every one of my questions, from style and size, to pricing. After I made my final decision and the sale had been completed, Alina then took the 3 pairs of earrings and cleaned them. They then looked even better then before. To sum it all up, i am more than satisfied with my purchase of 1 CT. earrings, 1/2 CT. earrings and lastly, 1/4 CT earrings. I will be back to make more purchases, and I highly recommend store# 97! Fantastic Customer Service, Knowledgeable Staff, and Prompt Service.

Over the past 5 years I have spent more than $10,000 with this store. They have always worked with me and made me happy. Tonight I took my wife by as it was our anniversary. We found a ring and with tax and normal sales promotion discount plus lifetime warranty that was extra, it was $934.00. I asked them to take off the $34.00 and we would have a deal. They would not work with me at all. They were willing to lose a deal over $34. Not what I have been used to. I guess they have lost a customer. I will find a company that will be willing to work with me a little. Not happy.

My husband purchased the most beautiful engagement ring to surprise me with in December of 2012 with the help of Ms. Melody. We went back and purchased my band in spring of 2013 - again with her help. For our 1st anniversary last week - we went back again and purchased an anniversary band. Melody always takes extra care to remember us, remembering the minor details about our life. Shes so very kind - always pleasant and helpful. Ive never been a big jewelry wearer, but any and all jewelry that I purchase will be from her!

The manager of this location is completely rude and unprofessional. Made me feel unwelcome. Its sad because Ive made two purchases from Helzberg Diamonds for Bridal rings. I will never return due to the way I was just treated. Hopefully you can get someone friendlier into management so you dont continue to lose customers. Thanks!

Purchased my wedding band here and the staff is great. Since then I have purchased other jewelry items, the staff is excellent and even when the store is full of customers, everyone is taken care of.
