I ordered my boyfriends christmas present from things remembered online on Dec 13th paid extra for express shipping then find out they wont ship to my po box so instead of contacting me via phone they email me from random email address and canceled my order when i called and got it reordered the soonest they can deliver my boyfriends christmas gift is now Dec 28th days after Christmas!!! Absolutely dropped the ball they should pay to over night it since it was their mistake. The customer service lady said well on the bright side its in sale now at least.... What lady i would rather pay full price, only 6 dollars more, and have my gift on time..... Will never spend a penny here again

Theres no way in... anywhere that this place deserves anything less than 5 stars. They engrave pretty much anything (flawlessly, I might ad) within almost no time at all. Great customer service and great actual service.

My mission was to engrave a keychain for my best friend’s bday gift. Knowing items at this store can be pricey, I chose to order a cheap keychain off amazon then bring it into Things Remembered to be engraved. Well, Amazon didn’t deliver until night before me needing gift completely done w/ engraving so I was already stressing over the turn around time. To top it off, keychain was SUPER smaller than expected so more stress added thinking engraver machine wouldn’t be able to do it.Well... I risked it anyways and brought tiny keychain into store w/ one hour til close. Guess what happened? TRAVIS happened!! Omg this manager was AHHHMAZING!!!! Not only did he point out a better sized keychain on sale for only $10, but he totally engraved it right then and there within minutes!! I now have the best bday gift on time to give my best friend!!! Omg thank u soooooo much Travis!!! #LifeSaver

Please please do not go here for engraving. The lady who was working seemed sick and was sniffling and then touching the charm I was wanting to get engraved... (Ew.) She also did not seem happy to help and wasnt overly friendly or helpful. I dropped off my charm with her and when I came to pick it up, it was crooked! It was so off centered. I wish I had taken a picture. I told her it was off center and she sassily told me it was the machine unfortunately and that I could go down to Pandora and get a new one and she could try it again (She would refund me for the charm she screwed up). So I went to Pandora and got a new one, she refunded me for it, and then I asked for a refund for the charge that was made for the original engraving, as I would not be having her engrave it again. The engraving itself was to large for the small charm and was off centered, to much too the left and too close to the bottom... It looked bad... I was very disappointed and she was, quite frankly, rude. The service was awful and the engraving did not look quality at all. Save yourself some time and dont head to Things Remembered for engraving...

Placed an order at midnight online to pick up in store the next day. Showed up at 1030am the next day and just curious to when I could grab it. Did not expect it ready until afternoon. Alayah told me prob an hour. She called 15 mins later telling me it was ready:) great customer service !

Came in. They said the engraving would be done in 2hours. I came in the NEXT DAY and it was still not done. They didnt even start it until I got there asking for it.

I took in an item (plaque) to have engraved for a engagement party! The bucket and plaque cost $48.00 Plus. I live in Jasper and drive to Town Center Things Remembered. No problem we can monogram your plaque! This was the middle of May and I paid 21.00 for monogram and 8.00 to have mailed to me. Will take 8 days! 3 weeks later I called and they found in a pick up area and was not mailed. No problem I still have time. I received in the mail. It was horrible and destroyed! I called the store to save a trip Manager Steven says I can mail back to his attention and he will handle. Ship Priority thur USPS cost 5.95! Nothing from Steven. Today is June 17th! I called the store and spoke with Steven he has not had time to go thru his mail. He will call me back. Party is in 2 days. I just ask for a refund and cost of plaque. He can refund my monogram fee but I will need to bring a receipt in to prove I purchased the plaque and the cost??? He explains this has been an issue with this store since he took over! I dont care!! Now I dont have a complete gift and not interested in purchasing another bucket with a plaque. Sad! Sad! Sad! He suppose to be calling me right back after he goes thur his mail on his desk. I will never shop this store will recommend you having any item monogrammed here.
