Delivered pretty much when she told us to expect it. Delivery team really knew what they were doing and got us set up without any problems. Nice helpful cheat sheets provided on start up procedures. My kitchen was delivered yesterday. The delivery and installation crew did a great job with the set-up on my patio. It looks great. Delivery and set up was 5-star.The production from the manufacturer was estimated to be 6-8 weeks. It ended up being 13 weeks. We missed 2 holiday cookouts. Otherwise, this would a 5-star rating.

I purchased the electrical service for $1,249. I compared this to several quotes I received. I decided to go with their service. They auto-charged my credit card for $1,325. I explained to them that the consumer does not have to pay sales tax on services. All other quotes did not charge sales tax. The quote that I received from GA Spa Co was a rate that did not say + tax. Lets say you get a new deck, or a new HVAC system. They quote you for $10,000. That is the amount you will pay. They will not come to you demanding sales tax. They certainly will not charge you sales tax on the labor. All that to say, it is $75 and they refuse to credit the difference. It is a matter of principle at this point. I wouldnt recommend doing business with these guys. Would you trust making a $10k+ investment on some guys who play hardball over $75? Not me. My dad bought his hot tub at Atlanta Spa & Leisure. He bought the electrical through them. He did not pay sales tax on his electrical work. I am not someone who writes reviews very often. I have written 4 reviews in my entire life and this is only my second negative review I have ever given.

We have a small area for the hot tub and he showed us what would fit. It was up to us to decide which we liked the best. We chose the Azure, and now we will get ready for our nights out under the stars while the soothing warm water relaxes us. I cant wait!

I signed up for the EZ Hot Tub Valet - Pro Care and it is the best thing I have done in all the years of having a hot tub! Arrel came out today and completely drained all the water - including the pipes, cleaned the tub and all the filters, refilled the tub, and adjusted all the chemicals. And then cleaned the cover! He was amazing! And so nice! Can’t wait to see him again!

The 3 week delay past our original delivery date cost my rating a star, but the delivery and condition of the tub was great they crew did a great job getting it in place without any yard damage and it was raining. All wired up and at 100 degrees in less than 24 hours…good to go.

Everytime I call they have no updates on delivery. I could have built it faster or have gone with another company. I check on it once a week and feel let down Everytime they say Sorry but we dont know when it will ship. Now Im stuck with them. I will never purchase from them again. I purchased my second Hot Spring spa from this company. The sales staff was patient and helpful to choose the right model for our budget and features important to us. The install crew (Randall, Ronnie, Floyd & Grayson) had it set up in about an hour. I was provided a thorough introduction to how to fill the spa and get the chemicals added correctly. Don’t worry about remembering it all because they hand you a cheat sheet with what you need to know to get in it that night and how to maintain it. I recommend using their house electrician who arrived within minutes of the setup crew. I really hope to find GA spa company in business for my next purchase because these tubs last 20 years.

Georgia Spa Company underpromised and overdelivered. I was able to go into the Kennesaw location for an XL Big Green Egg package while they coordinated the sale/availability of the Acacia table from the Alpharetta location. The table was sold out throughout the Metro Atlanta area, Georgia Spa Company located one for me within in a few minutes. After talking to several stores besides Georgia Spa Company and hearing the estimated delivery would be two weeks, I was not surprised to hear them also quote me two weeks. However, about two hours after purchase, I received a call from the delivery coordinator and asked if I had availability in three days. I accepted and the delivery team was communicated when they would arrive, updated me with any delays, and did a great job setting up my grill package.

Couldnt really imagine a better experience. They sell good products and most importantly do what they say they will do. We had to wait 3 months for our spa because of the manufacturer, but Georgia Spa was up-front about that from moment one. They then delivered on time and professionally.

Overall an okay experience, thus the three stars. Had three issues to mention. 1) It took five months to get the spa. We were told it would take two and a half. 2) In separate visits by me and my wife, we were told by sales the package included a cover lift. On delivery, we were told it was not because it wasn’t included in the paperwork. 3) Wiring requirements need to be better explained in detail. It took three dispatches/work orders to wire it - circuit breaker to GFI box, GFI run to site with pigtail, and actual connection to spa. This was $1500, when the impression made was you just get an electrician to do everything for $500.

As a first time hot tub buyer and was a little wary that wed get a real hard sell entering the store. Mark Baker did anything but the hard sell. He was pleasant, honest and answered all of our questions. He was also very prompt to respond to me in the days after finalizing our purchase with questions we had prior to delivery. As for delivery that team was great. We had a tricky yard to navigate but they did the job without any issues. The electrician went above and beyond as well. Highly recommend.

My purchase was smooth, beginning with the sales process to delivery and installation.

They are on 1-1/2 month out for delivery from the purchased date. I placed an order last June 2021 and was told for the initial delivery date was June 30th. Today, I called for follow up and it has been shipped and have to wait for another 2 weeks. The tub spa has to be in the warehouse before they can ship it to home.

Face it - when it comes to spas, you get what you pay for. I wouldnt settle for less. We purchased our Hot Springs spa from these good folks and we are not disappointed.
