Purchased 3 brand new shirts a day ago, brought them into the store to have my company logo embroidered on them. I even gave an example of what I needed done on another shirt. I was told no problem, when I went to pick up the shirts the logo that was sewn on was completely wrong. Now I am out the money I spent on the shirts and I cannot even use them. Beyond mad at this point. If the work requested could not be done then I should have just been told that.

Way over priced. Establishments as this one is why people are buying online which will ultimately lead to the death of retail shopping. I mean, is it really necessary to mark up an item 100 percent?? Get real Lids. Your average customer is probably between the ages of 14 to 17 who dont realize you can save 75 % on Amazon, or just dont have the patients to wait two days for delivery.

Like all Lids stores it was a nice experience.
