Went here with some friends. They only had outdoor seating, so the ice cream melted quickly, but it was still good. They have a large selection of flavors, toppings, etc. Ive only been here a few times before cause its a little far, but I definitely plan on coming back again.

Honestly the quality of the ice cream here is to the next level. I live an hour away and ever since I went for the 1st time last month Ive been back like 5 times. I even tried a place closer to my house and it just wasnt the same. I cant go anywhere for ice cream now. Feel very COVID safe and the workers there are really friendly. Highly recommend

We bring out of town visitors here all the time and its always a hit. Case in point- My cousin David doesnt like sweets but ultimately ended up ordering the Mis U for himself and kept saying, OMG! everytime he took a bite. Lol. Weve brought some real dessert lovers too and there is an option for everyone here.

It is must go to. Just do it. The egg waffle is crunchy and chewy. The ice is too good. But if you are looking for some get the red bean bun. Sweet but not too sweet with a perfectly steamed bun.

We have been going to this place for a couple years now and finally reviewing. lol. Its a really nice little shop and a really nice owner. We enjoy our visits. Its a good way to treat ourselves with ice cream that isnt super heavy - and its fun to watch! We really like the creative specials they come up with.The addition of warm Korean soups is a nice touch for the cold season. My kids and I go every time we get a chance to. Ive always wanted to try the rolled ice cream that Ive seen on TV. So, I was excited when I saw this place and it did not disappoint! I got pineapple and banana and I got to pick 3 toppings, so I chose almonds, coconut and caramel sauce. It was so flavorful, I loved it, I was looking at the board trying to figure out what kind Im going to get next time.

Best. Place. Ever. My son has a tree nut allergy and they shut down and clean a station for him with new gloves and new utensils. I bring all of my friends and family and they love it! Very creative with how they add toppings, such as making a teddy bear out of brownies or carving a strawberry into a rose.

This place is FANTASTIC. I was so sad when they were closed during the pandemic, but extremely impressed at their perseverance, and innovative approach at keeping everyone safe upon reopening!I always get their steamed buns and açaí bowl which are both always on par. They have a lot more variety in food options than most rolled ice cream shops so make sure you take a look at the entire menu. They also sell seasonal items which is a pleasant surprise.The staff is very attentive and always seem to be in a good mood even in the middle of a {social distanced} rush. Have yet to see a day when one of the employees was not smiling, polite, and accommodating.If you haven’t been, check it out, you won’t be disappointed! I can’t sing their praises enough. Well done to the management and staff!!!

IC Hot is an asian ice cream store where they make it in front of you on a frozen surface. Its so fascinating to watch. Its also so very yummy.

A temperature too hot to handle for me, even after opening heat containers for a photo, at least 2 minutes open, and 5 minutes of cooling, and even then- too hot to handle?A first for me. I have had these at shops that specialize in producing these lovely meat, or veg friendly bean filled buns, in Hawaii where these are called pork or chicken manapua, or red or black bean (sweet) buns. And they werent this hot. So you know its safe (pork/chicken). These were delectable and of comparable quality. From a shop moving mostly gourmet customized made to order ice cream. Well worth the wait and cost. Highly recommend this specific local gem, IC Hot.

Its kind of expensive BUT there is a huge variety of flavors and mixes you can chose from. Price is right for the amount of work and time it is required for just one icecream. Great place to get some desert and just chil with friends.

Ive been eyeballing this place for a while, but never went in. I finally got around to giving them a shot, and let me just tell you, Ive been missing out. Their rolled ice cream is SO good. Ill definitely be back. They have steam buns on their menu too!! To top the yummy ice cream, the customer service was great. The girl who took my order was smiling, patient and sweet. I never felt rushed. She just happily waited for me to let her know what I wanted. A smiling face and pleasant attitude go a long way. Thank you IC Hot!

I wish I could give more than five stars to this place. To begin, the people are amazing. Very attentive and patient with your order, always service with a smile.The place itself, I love the walls. They provide sticky notes and markers where you can leave your mark. Draw or write anything and put it on the wall, great for people who are just passing by.Location is great since it’s right off the 575 bells ferry exit. Not to mention that I live 5 minutes away and it’s the only rolled ice cream shop for many miles.The ice cream is amazing when it comes to both selection and taste. The garnishing is also astounding. Overall, there’s no amount of praise I can give this place that could portray exactly how amazing it is. Visit for yourself, you will NOT regret it!!!

Seemed clean enough. Had sani wipes out if needed. Post-its avail to graffiti on walls if want to. Fun for kids and adults but also felt cleaner than places that let you straight mark on the walls. Its kind of like a cold stone creamery as far as how you order and that they make your icecream rolls in front of you. (They make the icecream into several little rolls..kinda like swiss rolls..so the cup is not packed full of icecream) They have pre set orders or you can build your own. About $6.50 for a cup of icecream but you get to add 5 things in if you want. They have all your traditional toppings plus many Ive never seen at an icream place like acai, nilla wafer and pretzel. If youre into trying something new, and dont mind the cost. Its definately worth trying at least once. Im def not an ice cream junkie so for me, id spend 7 bucks at aldi- get a half gallon and a bunch of toppings and have 4 or 5 bananna splits.

We tried their ice cream rolls on this trip. It is all made to order, from scratch, right in front of you. They have a wide variety of toppings to choose from. In addition to ice cream, they also have dumplings and what looks like smoothies. The ice cream was very good, so well definitely be back. My only issue was that they were very busy, so the wait took a while. Good thing you get to watch the ice cream being made. Its kind of a show.

If you are interested in Asian cuisine this 8s the perfect place! I have tried multiple buns and bento boxes. The noodles are in my view and the Katsu as my next items to try. After viewing many of these items on you tube and wanting to try them, there is a local place that makes em, yeah!

IC Hot in Hiram is a must! The ice cream is beyond delicious and with all the different flavor combinations available, you’ll be able to try something new every time you go. The staff was great, the location is clean, and it’s cool to watch them create your treat while you wait. Five stars!

Only a few places like this around here and IC Hot never disappoints. Try something new every time I go. Last time I had the Naughty Monkey with vanilla wafers sweetened condensed milk as a topping. All I can say is WOW. Im not really a big chocolate fan or Nutella fan for that matter but this stuff is awesome!

This is my second time coming here. Both times i have tried something new and to be honest, you cant go wrong with what you choose. It is very delicious and the best part is you get to watch how they make it in front of you from scratch. Love this place

It is a very nice and interesting concept, but the ice cream really isnt that good. When you ask for fruit they put very little in it. Example my husband berry cream only had a half of strawberry, 2 raspberries, and 2 blueberries. Talk about cheap for a high price.

Although its a little on the pricey side, youre definitely getting your moneys worth. You can get up to 3 toppings on your ice cream and watching your ice cream being made is such a fun experience. I would definitely recommend it to any foodie who likes new experiences. They have a bunch of options to choose from and they also have acai bowls, buns, and Asian drinks. I say everyone should try it at least once~

Weve been here many times, but our most recent visit was extremely disappointing. The quality of their ice cream is still great, but the service was ridiculously slow. It took 25 min from ordering to receiving 2 ice cream roll orders. And thats with no on in front of us. The gentleman preparing the ice cream rolls was very slow. The cashier was having to assist customer who have never been there, take payments, AND put the toppings on the finished orders. There was another employee in the back who should have come out to help as the line behind us was to the door. I know the process to make the ice cream rolls isnt quick, but this was unacceptable. Theres other Thai ice cream roll places in the area, I think well be trying those from now on.

Food was delicious and service was good. Lots of flavor combos available. Overall the seating and atmosphere is ok, but there are other rolled ice cream shops that are better at those aspects.

I dont leave 1 star reviews often but I feel like two things contribute heavily to a negative review, time and money. It took roughly 20 minutes or so to get out order of egg waffle and milk tea. Normally I dont mind a wait but they werent even that busy. On top of this the milk tea was probably the worst milk tea Ive ever had. It was 90% milk and probably 10% tea. Unacceptable and a waste of my time and money.

It was good, but had to wait 45 minutes. Way too long. Also, I asked for double chocolate sauce, but got hardly any. Looked like just a few drops here and there. I was expecting at least 2-3 table spoons.

The facility was not very decorative and not welcoming. It took a long time to get the ice cream. Ice cream was good, I have never had rolled ice cream before and was glad I tried it.

I got Green Tea ice cream and it was delicious. In addition, the staff was kind and helped me through the ordering process. Its a little pricey but I think its worth it.
