I ordered a king size Stearns and Froster pillow top and adjustable power base for just 2600 with delivery and set up. I used to be a store manager for a major furniture and mattress store for many years. It was a luxury being able to buy my first high end queen size mattress at cost for selling their product. My wife and I had just moved to the area and wanted to upgrade to a king. Knowing that I wouldn’t be able to sleep without the power base because we became a costume to it we were going to have to pay this time. I couldn’t believe the pricing at Kennesaw Mattress. I’m pretty familiar with how the owner is buying and being able to sell at affordable prices. Trust me you will not find better deals at any major retail store. I was a bit worried the first night that our mattress was Defected. It had stopped inflating and didn’t fill itself out in some areas. It looked like a big mountain in the middle. When I called they requested that we give it 90 days to fill out and said all sales are final but that if after 90 days if it didn’t fill itself out they would replace it. At this point I was starting to get angry but I decided to stand the mattress up on on each side. The foam began to shift in its intended spot. Everything is fine now. So why give 5 stars? Price, no hassle sales, owner willing to fix the issue even though their website says all sales are final and just supporting local businesses. Rita was fantastic! I highly recommend shopping here for you mattress needs!

Kenny is the man. If you are looking for a mattress at the best price with no nonsense this is the place to go. Nothing fancy but he has all the brands at the best price. He delivered a new mattress as well as picked up the old one including a bed frame too big for the room. No extra charge. Ill buy here when I replace the one in the other room. Buyer beware! I was delivered the lowest quality mattress not at all what I had tested and picked out at the store. My two twin adjustable bed frames didnt match and had missing parts. I have tried to solve these issues with Kenny and he has been completely uncooperative only to have him threaten me with a lawyer because I stopped payment on my credit card. I am a senior veteran and I am not sure if he is trying to take advantage of me.

If youre looking for a great price, great service and a great mattress, this is the best place to go! I called Kenny at 7PM (closing time) and he stayed open until I arrived. He then helped me find a nicer mattress for less than I could everywhere else, and offered to deliver it that night. At no point did he try to sell a mattress out of my budget. The next day he unloaded the mattress quickly and set it up in my room. If a family member needs a new mattress, I know we will definitely return to Kennesaw Mattress Outlet!

Laid back guy, straightforward, no pressure, helpful, friendly AND the lowest price by miles?? Read the other reviews and thought it was too good to be true but we went here first and he beat the online prices by hundreds. We scheduled delivery because we didnt have a new king size bed yet and when we found a bed earlier than expected and called him a few days early he brought it by in just a couple hrs. So refreshing to know there are still solid business people around!

Got an excellent deal on a mattress and adjustable base here. Way better price than other stores and the process to buy was less pushy and gimmicky. Good old fashioned honest transaction. The bed has proven a great investment thus far.

Overall, they have pretty good deals. Marcial helped us and is very friendly. But I do not like the sales tactics they use. Do your research before buying. The price they tell you the mattress is worth is way more than what it is actually worth. I dont even know where they got the printout that was on the mattress we bought. I went on the same website and the price was less than half of their advertised price. He made us do a review in the store to get a better discount. We did pay less than we would have anywhere else, but really had to haggle with him to get a fair price. They have a 5 year prorated warranty that they offer. The manufacturers warranty is void because they are not an authorized dealer.

Let me start by saying that you need to shop around and know pricing and product. Yes he did stand behind his 90 day exchange as the Sterns and Foster that I was sold was way to hard for me. He did willing take it back however what he brought me was not the mattress that I tried in the show room. I did not even realize it until I went back to get the $200 he offered me as the first set I paid 1,000.00 and that’s when things did not go well. Also let me say that the I had a good idea that this was not the mattress that picked out in the showroom due to the JCPenney tags and style printed on the mattress. I looked this mattress up on the internet and the average price and that is what started the offer from him to give me something back. All I wanted was what I paid for and now I get to go pay another thousand to get a bed I can sleep on. Again make sure you pay attention to what your getting, if I could give this business no stars I would .
