The salesmen were very nice and curtious. Did a awesome job and they were fast. I had a flat and didn’t get there until four and had a new set of tires and an oil change by 5:30

Excellent service! I just moved to the area and my friend recommended Plaza Tire. I got an oil change and tires rotated. Staff is very friendly and the lobby is clean and smells nice. Prices are affordable. I was worried about getting service outside of the dealership, but I will definitely be coming back!

Great job on alignment. Mechanics could look more professional but if the job gets done thats what matters.

Poor customer service. I’m from out of town, I just asked to check my tire pressure and put air in tires . Guy upfront was doing nothing but said they didn’t have time . This wouldn’t happen to anyone in my home town.

I went in at 7:30 when they first opened for just a OIL CHANGE. I took a 45 minute walk around the neighborhood, because I live close. I went and sat in the lobby for 40 minutes. Walked home and back up there . Then back home again . Finally at 11 Am I called and they said it was done. All for a simple oil change first customer of the day🤦🏽‍♀️

The one reason I went to plaza tire was my husband asked me to. I had called and gotten a price for alignment, balance and rotation on tires. And was quoted $150 out the door. When I took the truck I was told that I had two parts that needed replaced otherwise they couldn’t do the alignment. In total was going to cost me $700. I know the two parts they needed to change cost $100 retail. Because I work at a part store. I know they raise their price and have labor costs which are around $75p/h. So $325...I will even go as far as $400. This type of thing is ridiculous and happens to me more often than it should.

Only one tire put on properly only because I said something to the guy about it. One wheel still had an old weight on it and nor properly balanced. After getting home I crawled under my truck just to realize one tire on completely backwards and none of the other three were lined up valve stem to red dot. And one had a weight that wasnt completely hammered on all the way. So needless to say I am very unsatisfied with service. This happened on 5/16/ 20 on a Saturday and I will be returning first thing Monday morning.

Plaza always has what I need and they are very nice. I honestly dont buy any tires anywhere but plaza.

Extremely satisfied with the service I have received from John Ataway and his crew. Great price on a new set of tires. They treat my vehicle as if it is a new one every time.

Had my front-repalced. Took my truck to Plaza Tire in Kennett, MO. Left it all afternoon. Picked it up next morning, steering wheel off, tire kicked out on driver side. Not happy with the work. Was told to bring it back, after lunch. It wont take but a minute. Been waiting since 12:30, its 4:00. Now hes saying he might not get to it today. Had to find him to get that from him. Been waiting all this time, nobody has said a word!

Many thanks to Brian at Plaza Tire in Kennett, MO for his help with an emergency tire issue. On 7/13/2019 while returning to Indianapolis from my moms funeral in Hot Springs Arkansas a piece of metal floated into my lane on I-55 near Hayti, MO and hit the sidewall. I put on the donut spare and headed 24 miles towards Kennett looking for a competitor because I knew they accepted fleet repairs and was 350 miles from home. Two of your competitors did not have my tire but one steered me towards your shop.Brian dealt with all the fleet approvals to get me back on the road (not easy) . Your techs got the tire replaced and did a great job. This was greatly appreciated more than you will ever know. We were travelling with our small dog and he even let Sophie hang out in the lobby on that hot day. We had just buried my mom and I had only slept about an hour the night before we left. It all worked out well and only lost a couple hours worth of drive time. Brian saved the day within an hour of closing time. Thanks Brian!

Young Tech was courteous to me. I am unsure how my truck filled with dozens of flies while the oil was changed, which I absolutely did NOT like. 😷😱😵 I had told the Manager, John, I was a first time customer & needed an oil change. No one told me the prices or gave me the multitude of options: good, better, best...etc. So it was a good thing I had enough money. Base level oil change on my old Avalanche was pennies from $48. 😕😰😲

They have great customer service but for the price i paid to get my car fixed it should be running good but its making the same sound it was making before i put it in the shop

The store’s manager, Mr. Adaway, will go out of his way to help you find the tires, of any kind, you should wish to have. His workers are trained the same way!!! Service is quick and dependable. The employees were very nice. However, I would definitely recommend getting a second opinion before having any work done. I went to see about my brakes and they told me my caliper was broken and that I would need all new brakes and rotors and it would cost me about $800! So I checked with another mechanic here in town that several people had already recommended to me and it turned out that I only needed new front brakes and spent $170 and was good to go. I couldn’t believe hat Plaza tried getting me to spend that much extra for no reason!
