Me and my wife needed a new bed and we decided to try here first. After looking around and getting assistance from Joe Vargas who really knew his stuff and was able to give us a great deal we walked out of there extremely pleased with our purchase and experience.

The stores staff is very diligent and they know their business. I got a bid from another mattress retailer and they beat it and offering me more items for a little bit more of the price offered by the prior retailer.

From the second we walked in the door we were greeted in a friendly manner. After describing our needs we were led through the financing process before purchase to see what our buying power was. Once that was settled, knowing what to look for and trying out beds was super easy. We felt as comfortable in store as we did on the bed we chose. Craig handled the entire process kindly and professionally and explained every step down to the last detail. After our purchase we were able to get help from friends to bring the bed home the same day. I went to the store to look for a new mattress, which was long overdue, and did not expect for it to be so easy. With their 3 step program to look for the best mattress for us, it only took about 15 min to find the right one. Staff was very helpful and guided us through the whole process. The pricing was excellent and the discount was great but the salesperson lacked compassion and caring and understanding to my brother. He made judgment before even knowing anything or the situation at hand. His salesmanship was very poor and he dont deserve to be working out in the public. Overall he was disrespectful to my brother.

The manager here is great!!! We actually showed up at 08:00 not knowing they open at 09:00. The manager pulled up at the same time we had just got out of the car and let us in before she had a chance to put her stuff down! She was kind, knowledgeable and not pushy at all! We bought our mattress although just a inexpensive queen for a guest bed she treated us like we bought the store. She gave our kids color books, talked for a little bit and we were on our way. Went into mattres firm just looking for an adjustable base. The gentleman that helped us was very informative and helpful he let me read online reviews in front of him and lay on the floor to rigorously insoect these things. (I am a mechanic and jack of all trades by nature). He was able to offer information about any questions I asked as was patient. Then at the end he also offered me several options including some steep discounts to get us into the best option!! Overall very happy with my first experiance here I would recomend checking them out!
