My husband was told FedEx was cheaper than usps they ended up having us pay $96 dollars. We took proof to usps to find out because that did not sound right. Sure enough they put all info in there system and it would be around $56 dollars. There was no timeframe on the package and it’s just work related materials that need to go back to my job. I don’t get reimbursed for that extra my job gave me $66 to pay for the shipping to send it to them because that is the calculations and instead I got charged this amount because I was told what my employer said was wrong. So my husband thought the information he was getting was correct and it turned out not to be. So we were over charged.

Abigail and Cindy are not only exceptional people but their service is integral to the communities survival. Wonderful business and utilize them for all my mailing needs.

Update 2: I stopped by here again and this time both staff members were masked so I changed this review from 1 to 3 stars. I appreciate that theyre finally wearing masks, but theres no reason they couldnt have done this all along.Update: 5 months later and the staff still won’t wear masks. I guess they don’t care.I like to support local businesses, so I go here when I can instead of the post office. I went in several weeks ago when I noticed the open sign was on and the person working (the owner I think) said she wasnt supposed to be open yet. Hey, I get it, not going to fault her for that at all. It bugged me that the three people that came into the store while I was there were all wearing masks, including a very elderly woman, and the owner wasnt wearing one. I go out of my way to support this local business, so I would think she could show she cares about her customers, especially the elderly, and wear a mask at least while people are in the store. This shop isnt super busy, so its not like shed have to wear it all day.

This place doesnt deserve one star. Very unprofessional and rude young person I dealt with on the phone. This place has lost my package twice this month. When calling, the very young GIRL was sarcastic, laughed on the phone when I tried to explain my package was lost. I wouldnt suggested this place unless you deal with the owner herself or save yourself the hassel and deal with an actual US Post Office.

This is an updated review. I had a fairly serious issue. The management took appropriate steps to make it right.

If I could give a 0 rating I would. New owners dont know how to manage the place and having kids work makes it worse, especially around this time of the year. So I suggest find a different place to send and receive packages
