So friendly and helpful! I’ve been back several times to have them fix what I’ve screwed up. They are always happy to do so.

Recently had a rear-view mirror/camera installed on my sedan by Traffic Jams. I was definitely very happy with their service and would highly recommend! (Also, Brian was great to work with!).

Staff if very knowledgeable and the store is clean and organized. Due to covid there is an issue with product availability but thats not there fault.

I am going to play middle of the road here. There was 1 counter guy. I waited patiently through the 2 customers in front of me about 20 minutes. Then a second guy came forward to help. They werent able to help me for the connector I was needing. I may go back to get an install price for a new stereo I purchased on line.I hope that we can work something out and I will update my rating.

I will say they are capable of quality installs but my latest experience was terrible. I had issues with an aftermarket stereo so I brought it to them to get it working, after $300 and a couple hours the radio had sound but they cut wires and some of my gauges wouldn’t work so later I asked them just to restore it back to stock and my gauges still wouldn’t work. I asked them to fix it and they quoted me another $170 because they said there was a bad wire somewhere and they’d have to find it. I won’t let them touch my car anymore and now I have to figure it on my own.

I have had first hand experience with watching these guys work, and let me tell you, these guys know what they are doing and they can do pretty much anything audio/video. They go above and beyond to make sure your project is done the right way the first time and on time. In my humble opinion, the team Ron has assembled is the best in town. Oh yeah and there car audio guys are awesome as well.

They did my entire sound system 8 years ago and was thrilled with it. Got my stereo replaced and hands free calling and talk to text set up in my super old 93 pickup today and Im super excited about how good it looks, sounds, and functions.I would reccomend any type of car/boat/home theatre audio customer to go to traffic jams.Even if youre trying to do your own set up you can go in there and ask all the questions you need and the friendly staff will help you any way they can.Also my personal recommendation would be to specifically ask for Alex to do your install work. Extremely knowledgable, friendly, helpful, does an excellent job on installs. Alex youre the man thanks for your help!!

They are so knowledgeable about what they are doing and they are so willing to answer any questions you may have and they dont try to sell you things that are outrageous for you to buy just because its expensive. You tell them what you want and they show you want will work the best for you and explain why. I always am going in there, whether its for products, just asking questions or just hanging out for a little while

I walked in the store confused with what I wanted and how i was going to go about it, but as soon as the employees started talking I felt as if i was part of the family. The help was fantastic, the knowledge was incredible, and the professionalism was though the roof. This is the only audio shop I trust, and the only one i would recommend. Very professional installation;Corry and Brandon were very meticulous and precise in their work. They kept the work site extraordinarily clean as they worked, not leaving the cleanup until after the job as many workers do. Their work practices showed that they really knew what they were doing. I highly recommend Traffic Jams for home theater installation.

I am not even a customer, but wifes car has an irritating sound issue. The dealer is stumped. So I thought I would call these guys up on the phone asking for a little advice. I was treated like family.They made numerous suggestions, that made a lot of sense. I was very impressed by their depth of knowledge and their willingness to help. It obvious this is more than a business to them. I couldnt have been more impressed.I know where I am going next time I need audio equipment for my vehicles.

Watch out they charge me $47 just for discontenting antenna cable from main box initially they said it is fuse and turns out was nothing but bad connections.will dispute charge .

Super helpful they also wont try to sell you stuff you dont want. Ps Im baised abit, been going to them for over a decade. I started there with Doug and got moved to Mark when Doug went to home installs. Ive been to other places where its all about you need this and heres the price, but with TJams it was what, who, and how do you like and listen to your music. It wasnt just buy this and enjoy now get out of my store. The crew does care about their customers. Ive been through 2 cars with them and they havent done me wrong yet..

Went in wanting to spend money on jl audio subs some old guy rather than even say one word about subs immediately started questioning if I had an amplifier worthy of powering these subs. Asking if I know how fuse ratings relate to power ratings, max power vs cea and ect while talking to me like Im uneducated about car audio and telling me that a ported box isnt right for my car. As much as I wanted jl audio I drove up the road to the other old school car stereo shop in kennewick and purchased some Rockford fosgate p3s to match my Rockford fosgate sub amp. Thanks for not taking my money and telling me things I already know about car audio old dude. Look all I wanted is to give you a few 100s of my hard earned dollars in exchange for jl audio subs and a continued relationship as my go to stereo shop.

Great company. Have had my truck, van, and wifes care worked on here for audio. They do very clean work, and at a good price.Im not going to name any companies, but there is another company in Kennewick that I used once to install video into my wifes SUV. Horrible job. It was failing after only a week, and the work was cheap. They acted like they knew everything, and didnt listen to the customer.Im always happy with how I am treated at Traffic Jams. They are there to help you get what you want.
