Horrible customer service! We ordered a hot tub in September and put down a $1000 deposit. They called the first Tuesday of November and said great news your hot tub is in but they didn’t have the interior color you requested but it’s the next closest color. I said we would want to look at it before purchasing. They said no problem we will unwrap and put it in the showroom the next day. I told them we wouldn’t make it in until Friday and they said ok we will have it ready then. We show up Friday and Brian tells us we didn’t get to it yet but we can unwrap and you can look at it outside. Ok no problem. We wait around 30 to 40 minutes then someone else says well we don’t have your hot tub but you can look at our other brand or we have a used one that is 50% off the new price so you could buy that one. What? How does that even happen? Why did they make us wait around to only tell us sorry no tub for you. Better yet, why not call us before we came in and wasted an hour of our time? They didn’t even apologize, just said that’s what they were sent. We could always wait for the next truck in March. No thank you! I will never support a business that treats their customers so poorly.

We have had a wonderful experience with leisure pool and spa the staff was great and very helpful, the owner and manager were wonderful! The whole experience was as awesome as our hot tub and the hot tub is super awesome! I give leisure pool and spa 10+stars!

He was So knowledgeable about the various products, and happy to explain the details. Working with him, we are sure we got the best spa for our needs. No Pressure to buy from anyone there, it is an easy going place, with a friendly atmosphere. Bring your bathing suit and try a few of their floor models out!

My Hotsprings pulse salt spa rusted this last winter. Kasey sold us the spa in July if 2019 and immediately called the spa for warranty on the the jets. I have a Hotsprings pulse and they said it was my fault snd they would not cover anything...so I tried to figure out what I needed to replace since COVID 19 did not allow anyone to come out and help me out. I am still trying to replace the jets that have rusted.. I am overwhelmed with the responsibility of replacing the rusted jets. I am really disappointed with Hotsprings and their lack of support in trying to resolve this terrible situation. I still have not had any support with anyone coming out to try to figure out what needs to be replaced. Kasey sold me a new Ace unit but I found out after didn’t need to be replaced..

The moment we walked in in December, we were greeted professionally and willingly by Brian. He showed us many options of hot tubs and features each had. The nice thing with Leisure, you’re getting a new and not refurbished tub, unlike other locations in Tri-Cities.We ended up going with the Hot Springs Relay and haven’t regretted it. They offered fast, free delivery as well as several end of year sale add on offers. Plus amazing customer service. Each step of the way, each question we have had, Brian has been there to help and educate us.Definitely love our purchase and will recommend Leisure, and Brian, to anyone who asks. Thanks again!

I dont have many other pool places to compare this too, but they helped me solve our hot tub problems! They were super helpful, didnt try to sell us stuff we didnt need, and kept it simple. Id been using the chemicals from the starter kit the hot tub company gave us (master spa, not purchased at this store) and our water was gross within 2 weeks. Did everything under the sun to fix it, came here and went home with two bottles of their chemicals and the hot tub now has crystal clear water. Yay!!! So grateful!

I purchased a HotSprings spa with the Help of Bryan and I couldn’t be happier they have been over the top helpful and knowledgeable. I had originally purchased a Costco hot tub and after 2 year of issues I was able to return it thank god for Costco’s outstanding return policy. The I did what I should’ve 2 years ago customer service alone is wore the additional cost but the quality of hot tub is very apparent. The Jets are a 100 times better and far more effective then the costco ones don’t be fooled by number of jets very misleading. I was worried the Moto-Massage would be not near as cool as they looked like most things in life but was I wrong it is highly effective and just plain cool. Thanks again to Brian and Travis for the setup.

We bought our spa and from the beginning to the delivery to our home has been awesome. They are easy to work with and are knowledgeable about the product. They are a little more spendy, but the quality of product and service more than make up for it.

Bought a Sundance spa from Brian last week at leisure pool &spa and could not have had a better experience. Great customer service, very knowledgeable, and down right an enjoyable experience. From helping us pick the spa that would be best for us all the way through the delivery and set up. He even came to our house a couple days after it was up and running to go through how to work everything and maintain the spa. Would recommend them to anyone. Ask for Brian.

We recently purchased a hot tub and a Sauna from Brian at Leisure Pool and we have to say that the experience was nothing short of amazing. Brian was very polite and knowledge about their products and at no time was he pushy. He was patient and very helpful in helping us understand our need and fitting us in to the perfect Hot tub for my wife and I. Also the Service guys were also very polite and kind when they came to deliver our hot tub today.All in all I would have to say the people at Leisure pool are an A+ rating in our book and anyone looking for the best product and great service go and ask for Brian he will treat you right, there is no need to shop around.

Very helpful to a novice pool owner. Knew exactly what I needed to open my pool for the year.

I purchased a pool heater from them in November of 2015 and I wasnt able to get it till the Spring of 2016 . Since they dont install them I asked for recommendations for someone to install it. I asked if the pool heater was economical to use and they said it was however $200 a month for propane is not economical thats more than I pay to heat my house most months. I also asked them if the the heater would be okay sitting outside all winter and they said that it would be because it made to sit outside and endure the weather. That wouldve been a good time to tell me that it needed to be winterized but since they dont do it I guess they just dont tell their customers with above ground pools things that need to be done because they dont service them . After all Im just someone who carried and $1100 heater out the door so I guess I just dont really count . The company that I bought my pool from has told me everything about how to take care my pool and even demonstrated many things without me asking them I guess they want happy customers .

Nice in store except they had no one to speak to us about pools. They took our number but never called back (its now been over a month). Its odd that you wouldnt follow up with a potential customer on such a high ticket item. :(

We have owned the Grandee by Hot Springs for just over 2 months. We purchased the hot tub from Brian and had excellent service in the planning, purchasing, installation, follow up visit, and on going support. The Hot Tub by Hot Springs is superior quality and operates flawlessly.I am not a new comer to hot tub onwnership we owned a hot tub for 12 years in Florida in the 80s and 90s. It was a real chore in those days. The new technology is solid and the form, fit, and function are perfect. The water maintenance is straight forward and after 2 months the water is crystal and chemicals balanced.To the sales staff, I give great credit as I gave never had to wait and they are always professional and knowledgeable. To the technicians who installed the hot tub, I give much appreciation to their handling and installation skills... they made a dufficult task look easy. I have to give Brian credit for helping me find a top notch electrician to run my power.All around, highly recommended team of professionals that sell top quality products, and follow up up with superior service.

I needed help with my older hot-tub and they did a great job giving attention to my needs and seeing my repair a success.

After purchasing an $11,000.00 hot tub we have had nothing but rude customer service experience from Randy in the service department. I am disabled and he apparently isnt okay with the fact that I dont work as he has made rude comments to me about it. We have had our hot tub moved several times and it has been put in the wrong place or not hooked up correctly. So we are now being denied any service from this company. I would not recommend this company at all!

We purchased a Sundance Chelsea Spa and are very pleased with the knowledgeable sales staff (Kacey) and the whole buying experience - not pushy at all and very helpful.They removed our old Spa and placed our new one, helped us find a licensed electrician, and then Kacey came over after work and went through the setup process. He explained everything in easy-to-understand terminology.We love our Sundance Spa and would highly recommend Leisure Pool and Spa.

These guys take care of you. You can call them and they will walk you thru making repairs on your spa. They did that for me when I swapped out my heating element.

Please dont trust other so called pool experts in the Tri-Cities area... do not drain a vinyl lined pool for any resaon!!! We went to another pool store because of a green pool and were told to drain it and start with fresh water...we did some research and decided to get a second opinion from leisure pool and spa. We were told that that is unnecessary and that just using some liquid chlorine may fix the issue. PRESTO crystal clear pool. Thank you Brian

I rarely give bad reviews but the customer services here was so bad I couldnt ignore it. Asked for help with determining what chemicals we should start out with for our new pool. The staff member was condescending and acted like we were bothering him. Second time, my wife went, same guy, same attitude. We are done, we will go anywhere else now.

Doug Shervey Leisure Pool goes above and beyond for his customers. We have had numerous occasions when something went wrong or needed some attention and Doug has always showed up and fixed the situation quickly. Doug is the main reason we chose to install a pool with Leisure without even getting bids from others.

I think their prices are a bit high. But the staff is very nice.

Ive been working with Dough for over 20+years snd bought supplies and hot tubs, pool iners since he lived in McMinnville OR and Hermiston OR, and has treated me with the upmost help and information.
