DO NOT BUY OR FINCANCE YOUR CAR FROM HERE!! I had my car for a month and the transmission has gone completely out. There’s 1600$ worth of faulty parts under my car and the new transmission is 5600$. This is a 5500$ 2011 Dodge Caliber. And my damages are high than how much the car is worth. I’m very upset. I’m a first time car owner and a female obviously. The men here pray on young first timers to get rid of shotry cars!

I have never been treated with so much disrespect. The lack of communication is absurd and I was given the run around by various employees. Not once did the manager or sales rep take any responsibility for their negligence, nor did they apologize. What should have been a 48 hour job has now turned into more than 2 weeks. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Nothing is good about this place. The used cars are all over priced and bad. Purchased a car from Jesus he said was perfect. A day later the engine light came on. I called them instantly and told them. I had to wait until that Monday to take it back up there since they closed on Saturday after I called with the problem. Took the car to Merlins and they told me I had a bad tire rod and O2 sensor. Monday comes and the car does not want to start. They had to come pick it up from my house. Jesus said they would look at and fix it before I had to go to work at 2:45. When i came back nothing was done and I was late for work. 3 months of waiting and contacting the better business bureau they decide to tell me they will fix it and it still has the same problems.

Super great and friendly so many nice cars and repairs my car so well no matter what the problem always honest about it and never overcharge or make up problems like other repair shops

Only had my Jeep for 2 months and it has broke down for the second time. Now it won’t start or move. Hopefully they will fix the problem ASAP!! Can u say a pisses customer

Will never buy from this place again !!! They sold me a Jeep and at first the body wasnt connected to the frame took it to my mechanic and he gave me a list of things that was wrong they fixed it but then the serpentine belt broke took it back to my mechanic and $1400.00 later everything was rusted in the motor !!! Then I take it in for a tune up and muffler come to find out the transmission is gone and the timing chain is almost broke !!! To the junk yard it goes and I paid over 5 grand just for this 03 Jeep Liberty !!!
