Having an almost exclusive deal at Carthage College surely hurts competition. Generally pleasant coffee, bagels, sandwiches and other light fare at this outlet. Location is great as you can choose to enjoy your goodies indoors or out on this picturesque campus. Need a break from the rigorous studies at the Library, make an Einsteinian choice.

I especially recommend the blackberry lemonade, but I have never had anything that wasnt excellent.

This place is great-but only when yhe students are running it. Every time its run by students, theyre super polite, they make sure that the coffee doesnt run out, and the line goes down super quickly. The only problem ive had with the students is when they tell me the bagel I want isnt available, and thats not their fault. But when the adults are running it? Its sub par service. I waited in line for 15 minutes to get a coffee refill, and then had to wait another 15 for them to refill the empty coffee canister. Not only was it empty, but all 3 of them were. They also tend to be rude towards customers, and dont ask for a name, which makes a ridicuous stand-off happen when a student corrects them. They glare at the student and tell them well thats what your ID said, when the student workers ask without fault. It makes it super confusing when more than 1 student has the same name (and complete havoc when more than two do). The food is fine and great, its the workers who make going there less worth it.

Love Einsteins! Delicious coffee and great bagels

I love Einsteins and buy a box of bagels every week, but disappointed that this particular location is ran by the college and doesnt follow the hours posted on the Einstein app or honor any of the email specials or coupons.

This is more of a question, but if youre not a college student are you aloud to go in? Since its on a campus.
