The signage for sale prices was not as good as usual, but the staff was extremely friendly. They greeted us with a sanitizing hands spray which I very much appreciated and asked if we needed any help. Overall, as very positive experience.

Well stocked Bath & Body Works store. Staff was friendly and helpful. I was able to use multiple coupons in one visit. The cashier just rang up the items separately so I could take advantage of three coupons. Thanks. I will return.

Bath & Body Works stores are chain stores. But they have a small shop feel They carry perfume type body spray, lotions. They also have candles and room sprays. The great thing about Bath & Body Works is it has any fragrance you can think of. The employees there are very knowledgeable and if you tell them what fragrances you like they will be able to help guide you to ones that they have. The staff in the store as always Pleasant and very knowledgeable and they make it a good shopping experience

This bath and body works only takes “Mail in coupons “. They will not take any other bath and body works coupons! Iv been to plenty of bath and body works and the cashier would always have coupons at the register! Or they would accept 3rd party coupons... I don’t recommend this bath and body works in Kenosha WI.

I understand that occupancy limits that are required, however if you look in the store and there are almost as many employees on the floor as there are customers, but only one cashier while there is a line of 12 people outside, something different could be done there.

My go to location that always has what I want in stock, unlike other locations. Very friendly staff who are helpful and actually work, again unlike other locations.

6 people allowed in store at one time. That includes the employees. This might be ok somewhere in warmer climates with Covid-19 but not ok here. I waited in line 45mins and I was the 4th/5th person in line outside. Either more people allowed inside or a time limit once your inside. I was in and out less than 10mins. Just seems crazy. Masks are mandatory so more than 6 people definitely can go in. Not sure what the solution will be once its colder out but today will be my last time coming back to the store.

This Bath & Body Works had a great selection of candles, and I was able to find the one I wanted quickly. I had to wait a bit in line to check out, but not too long. The staff were very friendly.

If you need lotion, candles, or body care products this is definitely the place to go. Sales reps even helped me find cheaper alternatives to the products I had picked out myself.

UPDATE: 10.5.19 - store is newly remodeled and gorgeous! Soft lighting, lots of wood and easy-to-shop displays!... when you want to stink good! Pick your favorite scent and throw that sh*t EVERYWHERE ... soaps for every inch of skin, scrubs for everywhere scrubbable, lotions for your lizardskin, air fresheners that smell better than V.I.Poo, candles that smell like everywhere you want to be, bottle sleeves to hide that holiday Merry Cookie label when its July ...Be sure to look for their coupons online in addition to their ever-changing Buy 32, get 50 free promotions. I believe they may take coupons at least a few days last their expiration date? Also, they USED to have an outlet store at the Pleasant Prairie Shops - not sure if it is still there? I have a couple of friends who love the retired/discontinued Pink Grapefruit scent and sometimes they could find it there. The store was kind of tucked away in the far corner of the mall, I think a few stores down from St. John/DKNY?
