And the employees are quick to point you to the exact location of whatever you might need, as well as helping you decide between different products.They have a lot of great sales too. If you do any DIY, construction, or building this is the place to go. Highly recommend.

Good store for most of your home improvement needs. Some things can be pricey, its important to look for discounts and deals. I do not think they carry Craftsman and am not sure if they have tools with lifetime warranties. Staff are mostly friendly and helpful.

If youre going to do it yourself Menards is the place. They produce so many of the things they sell to keep prices low. Store is fully staffed and supplies are readily available. Yard guys are there to help. Whether you are a home owner or contractor Menards will save you $$$

Yes they had what i was looking for (a specific type of flower bulbs i had seen there on a previous trip), but the price at checkout did not reflect the close-out price displayed in the store (and on-line). Best advice?? CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS BEFORE YOU EXIT THE STORE!!

My boyfriend and I stopped here about a week ago and needed assistance in flooring. Wed ripped our carpet up and discovered a giant stain in the center of our living room and wanted some assistance to outweigh the benefits of sanding it down and refinishing it or just laying laminate flooring over it. Either way, I was there to buy something. After 25 minutes and 2 pages, I decided to go elsewhere.Aside from that, the stores not bad when you go in and know what youre looking for.

I just dont enjoy it like I used too. I can never find what I need. I like Burlington better. I just get a better vibe coming from the Burlington one.

I went the Saturday, and I try to bought that tool that says is 6.99 and they try to charge me 19.98 and I prove it and they didn’t honored the prices marked was around 1:00 pm Ivan was one of the guys and a blonde girl who was in charge of the cashiers.Definitely the worst store.

Menards is a chain Home Improvement Hardware Store. They sell building materials such as Lumber, stair, stare rails roofing, doors, windows, citing, drywall Etc. They also so tools, Nails, screws Etc. They have a seasonal department for a different needs of the Season such as lawn mowers pools snow blowers leaf blowers. They also have a garden Shop where you can buy plants landscaping materials. They sell appliances and furniture. They also sell paint and paint supplies. They do have some decor items and candles and they do have a limited selection of groceries. They also sell flooring, tile and carpet. This store is always clean and well-organized. They have signage that clearly shows you whats down each aisle and you can always ask one of the staff members they are very helpful to direct you can answer questions.

I love menards, everyone there is so helpful. Today I had an associate named Skylar help me with a special order. She was patient and kind through the whole experience.

Most of the assistants left me with the impression that I was an inconvenience to be tolerated at best. Not the level of customer service that I had come to expect and appreciate from previous visits. The young woman at the paint desk was competent, helpful, and knowledgeable, but the boy at the tool desk seemed infinitely more interested in surfing the Menards website on his phone and entertaining his fellow employees than in offering any tangible help or direction to the products I was seeking. Three assistants, not one of them was prepared to leave their hangout and take us to what we were searching for. Suitably unimpressed.

One of the worst Menards I’ve ever been to. Terrible service from the service desk, the supposed General Manager was rude and didn’t seem like he wanted to help. I went to the Hardware desk looking for some nails and screws and I had decent service they didn’t really know what I wanted. Followed my way to the paint desk and it was decent my paint that I gave them to get a new gallon with ALL the information just to retint the new gallon took 20 minutes just for them to start in it. The assistant manager Cameron that I worked with was just rude, didn’t really understand what I was looking for. I was in there last week and went to the paint desk and the one short girl manager was very nice, only reason why this review gets a one star is because of how nice and helpful she was. She needs to be promoted, Cameron needs to get retrained or demoted for his rude behavior and looks of annoyance.

I am mostly writing this review to off set the bad review the Kenosha menards recently got. We have gone to the store on many occasions from building material, flooring, lighting, paint and have had dealing with customer service. Everytime we have gone to this store we have had good to great service. I wanted to specifically say what a great job Cameron does in the paint department. We had been there many times trying to get paint for our 6 year old. Cameron was very pleasant to work with and took the time to not only help her find the perfect shade of purple but also helps us with recommendations on which type of paint to pick for a little girls room. If it weren’t for Cameron’s patience I think we would still be looking at purple paint samples.

Very busy location but they have a great selection and most in stock. The Racine location seems to be very limited in amount of stock and choices.

Menards is always a fun place to shop. And make dream wish lists.

I come here very often. Always clean and well organized. Always easy to get help. Quality in tools has gotten better over the years as well. Really glad to see the improvements.

This menards usually has lots of items, not just hardware and lumber type stuff but computer peripherals, food, animal items, appliances fans, etc. Nice. About the only thing its missing is an electronics section. This is a big store.

All these stores preach we care about you as a customer but when it comes down to it, they dont. I am remodeling a unit, bought a bathtub and 3 walls, the bathtub was cracked. It was 25 days before they could get a replacement so I went with a little higher priced one (comparable in price). I asked the manager if there is anything they can do for me for the inconvenience like give a 10% discount. They said no. I then asked if they can at least cover the $80 to have it delivered so I dont have to PAY my contractor to return the old one and get the new one. They also said no.A few days later, I had another contractor picking up roofing materials, Bundles of shingles and caps. My contractor told me he had to go to another store for part of the order because they did not have them in stock. I WAS NOT TOLD at the time of the order they were not in stock. Now I have to pay my contractor for his time to go get the rest of the order from a different store. I called the store and the Building Materials MANAGER said based on what he can see, everything was picked up. My contractor then sent me the refund receipt the store provided him BECAUSE they did not have them in stock..... I then called the manager back and asked if there is something they can do to help me out. Of course, he said no. So tell me MENARDS.... how do you care about your customers when you arent willing to accept accountability or dont compensate people when YOU mess up?? Im glad Lowes is right down the street, they have a new customer2 F-ups in 1-2 weeks, 0 accountability, 0 offers to own their mistakes.BOTH costing me and other people time and money

Mask at this point need to be optional. This is ridiculous at this stage. We love menards but we are to a point this needs to end. Mask mandate has been lifted and was unlawful to begin with. Come on Menards dont make it mandatory to shop in your store with a mask.

Although the part that I wanted was said to be on the delivery list for the day, I had to come back the next day. Still was not there. Very helpful people and tried to help me out looking for it on all of the pallets needed to be stocked.

Menards is a great place to shop for everything you need from home renovations to snacks. However, the employee turn over rate at the Kenosha location is staggering. The GM has zero interpersonal skills and does not relate to the employees or the customers.

Workers cant explain where stuff is in the store because they dont know. Also have workers who dont understand what you are looking for.

Very unorganized.As you come in the lawn and garden doors on the left used to be filled with things u could put in ur yard. I picked up some beautiful Burr Oak trees here. Was ok shopping here. Usually just find everything myself but needed help a dept and no one was around. I went to the paint counter were there were 4 people and I asked for help and they all just looked at me and one said he couldnt help and someone should be over there. I went back still no one than after 10 min someone came and he apologized because he was by himself. 1. Why wouldnt you have more people for each service area and 2. Why dont you cross train. Seems like a Waste of payroll.

I go to Menards often and this is the 1st time Ive encountered such rudeness. I felt threatened by cashier that was profoundly hostile in a return that I made. Shes one of those persons that doesnt know the difference between professional and rude. Her name is Bree. She should not work with people. Put her in the lumber yard or something with manual labor doing stock where her abrasive nature can be tamed. Uncouth & uncivilized behavior that has become indicative of what Kenosha has become - trash

Good selection. Good prices. Check out person was not friendly today, did not greet me or say thank you. Sidewalk was icy, store should be ashamed of themselves! This is a store that sells ice melt! Carts were accumulating on curbs and on sidewalk, carts were not being picked up like they should be. Ask product questions about ice melt, nobody could answer my questions nor did they offer to get somebody else who was more knowledgeable. Front desk person could not lend me a knife, box cutter or scissors so I could open a product. I should not have to buy the product just to see what it looks like. Overall very unimpressed by my visit today. Which is too bad because usually Menards is a good store with good customer service. Usually they have a good selection, but they did not have pet friendly ice melt in larger packages.

Sold us a lawnmower broken off the shelf. No returns because we put gas inside of it. So you cant know its broken until you try to run it but once you try to run it too bad. $450 wasted.

Menards is great, not perfect but who is? I find that I use the website and put all the items I need in my cart that way if I cant find something when Im there I just pull out my phone show them the item and they know right where it is. Lately Ive beentrying to give Lowes a chance at some of my business but I find myself just wanting to go to Menards for all of it.

I had never seen any store charge cutting by “Per Cut”. I purchase a 12 ft 2*4. The guy at the lumber counter said every cut is $2. Which means I need to pay $12 for a lumber that worth only $3. I think I won’t be back to this black hole again.

I shop here very frequently. Most times I visit this store, the experience is pain free. However, when I have issues with my visit, they are generally major issues: stock issues, items in wrong place, can’t find an employee to help, etc.Overall not a bad store, pretty average retail experience.

Went with my mom to get a floor runner for our hallway and we were greeted by Victor in carpet and he was very helpful and friendly. Gave us a lot of good options in what we were looking for. Very good selection as well. Rest of the staff we encountered was very friendly as well!

I love this curb side pick up service. I order online, choose we pull at checkout and they send you an email when its ready to be picked up. You go pick it up in the yard and dont have to walk through the store at all. I sure hope they dont do away with this. I will use it all the time.

I’m in a hurry, forgot my mask.I get to the check-out, place everything on the conveyor. The front manager comes up and says you can’t purchase and checkout without a mask....I say what? Oh, forgot my mask!, sorry.She says still can’t check out without a mask. No one else is around me. I say, I’m sorry, but I’m already here.She says, you’re still not checking out. Go to the service desk and buy a mask for .52 cents.So I spread my germs all the way to the service desk and try to keep my cool.She follows close behind while I purchasethe mask, maybe to keep me in check. So Uncomfortable.My items were put back in the cart, I get back in line further spreading my germs while I could have just checked out. Im almost to the door and she is clearly on a power trip. She heads me off and stops at the door. Says, “Have a nice day”,. I take my mask off Instantly. She giggles.This was more about wanting to control then about covid.

Always an easy in and out trip. Picked up some spices from the food section, only a buck a piece used previously they are fine.

Went looking for a specific kiddie pool. Online said they had it, but couldnt find it in the aisle. Asked for help ended up with 3 associateslooking for the pools. They had come in this morning. After hunting the storm we found where they were last scanned, but they had sold out. Ended up not getting that particular pool, but did find other things we needed. They were so helpful, they gave me tips as to when to come back so i could maybe get the pool then. I wish this was my local store! Thank you!!

Great service

Never in a million years would I have guessed that they would treat their customers in this way. Big signs before the entrance about their 16 and under policy. Then, once you do enter youre met by a security guard making sure you are wearing a mask or buying one to wear before you enter the store. If I didnt need too buy gloves for painting I never would have went there.

Menards has always been an great place to buy anything you are looking for your house. I been going there ever since they open their first store in Chicago. Today I had a different and better experiance, I forgot my cell phone in the sink of their restrooms, and whoever found it, turn it in. So I gladly purchased all the stuff that I was looking for. Highly recommended if you are a DIY person. If you cannot find it, dont be shy and ask one of their employees, very nice people here.
