Rich did a great job of installing our remote starter, there was an issue with it 6 months after install so we called him and he said to bring it in right away so he could diagnose. I was in and out in 10 minutes, he corrected the manufacturers defect and sent me on my way.

Wife purchase auto-starter for truck for x-mas gift. Scheduled installed for early January and use starter almost everyday. Nice that it doesnt need an additional fob and works with ford keys directly. Upon pick up was given nice instruction on how to use the starter and how to troubleshoot with both set of keys first if any issues were to arise, which they havent yet. Nice starter and nice experience.

I bought 4 speakers, an amp, and a preamp new, and had them and an old sub installed about 6 months ago. Everything still works perfectly, and it also sounds great. He stands by Alpine for good reason. I wasnt 100% sure what I was looking for, but Rich talked with me (over the course of a few days, he was patient in explaining everything to me) and helped me narrow down what I wanted. If youre looking for a sound system, even if youre not exactly sure what youre looking for, I recommend coming in.

Rich was great help who found everything I was looking for. He shows how passionate he is to car audio and does a clean job.Never did I think when I got my car back that he would say i cleaned the whole inside of the car and did a little detail job for you. He cleaned my whole inside of the car! I have a kid who is anything but clean when it comes to getting in my car. He really went the extra mile for me. He also said it would take him half a week to rewire, new speakers, radio, the whole works. He hit a grove and got it all done in a day a half so I think its safe to say that he doesnt believe in breaks while working. Ever need audio work done or anything else he offers, get it done here. Will be clean and perfect job well done. Honestly, dont even waste time comparing prices, rich might not be the cheapest (not a shot at him) but he gives you a top dollar job well done that cant be beat for the price. Ive had custom speaker boxes built, amplifiers, alarms, and remote starts installed. He installed power door locks on my Wrangler that still allowed my doors to be removed easily, long before Jeep ever thought of it, no problems. My daughter had a radio installed in her Jeep, no problems. My girlfriend had a radio and back up camera installed in her Jeep, no problems. Ive most recently had a back up camera installed in my Ram, and you guessed it, no problems. I plan on going back soon to have a front camera installed.
