Excellent cigar selection and solid prices

They do have fair prices on their smokes but their customer service is awful they do not know how to greet people and acknowledge them when they enter the store they do not put the customer first they will always finish what they are doing before waiting on the customer the exact opposite of what a good employee would do i have walked out many times because they are to busy talking to move the line and i came to the point were the money i save is not worth the hassle i would much rather have good customer service than a small savings in price maybe when they get some smiling faces instead of the frowners and downers they have now i might go back but at this time i actually can feel that they do not like me when i walk in and i do not want to go were i am not wanted

I came to this store to buy a gallon of milk and was turned away because I had my 6 year old granddaughter with me.. I told everyone that i know and nobody will shop at your store again.. family and friends.. shame on you
