OfficeMax is a chain retail store. They sell all types of office and business items. They have desks different styles of file cabinets, office chairs all types of paper products they have all kinds of sports storage bins any type of school supplies and office supplies that you could need. The staff in the store are friendly and very informative theyre very knowledgeable. Very willing to help you with any questions that you might have

Had a somewhat complicated, large print job done perfectly by the team here. Props to Jake, Dustin, Ryan for managing it well and doing it in a professional manner. Nice work.

The gal that works back by printing and faxing is always so nice and helpful. I have stopped in there the last couple months several times to have faxing and copies made, and she is always more than willing to help and is always super polite. Makes the experience So pleasant when so many retail workers out there are rude and not helpful.

Really poor customer service. Waited for 20 mins and still nobody approached me. “Manager” (Caroline?) is a very unhappy person. Hit the keys hard on the register to show her dismay! Guess how many times I’ll be going back?

I needed some cards printed up and went to them to have it done quickly. I give props to Ginger for being patient with my multiple requests and having to reprint my order. The next round of promotion cards should go much smoother. Thank you again Ginger!

The service center in the back of the store is HANDS DOWN THE BEST!!! So patient and helpful.... trying to help you figure what you need or how to print literally walking you through anything! Ginger IS AWESOME!!!! thank you so much for helping and trying every possible way to help your customers bring in someone else to help when we couldn’t figure ir out (Vincent) ! Actual customer services!!!! So great! I will definitely be back!!!!

We came in solely to pick up an online order. When we arrived, there was no “ticket” on the calculator we ordered, so we had to wait 15 minutes for one of the 4 teenage girls in the front room to idle across the store to get one of these tickets. As we were paying, the phone rang, and the teenager checking us out picked up, rather than the other half dozen on their phones in a worker room about 5 feet away. When we asked if we were good to go, the teenager who was talking on the phone simply waved us away. We’ll be returning these items.

Ginger was great as well as the Manager.. They took the time to help me pick out what I needed..

Went today to the copy center it took almost 10min before A suppose to be customers service rep by the name of Jasmine acknowledge by presence, she walked past me 4times before she said “can I help you” then she wasn’t any help. I called to speak with a supervisor but by my surprise she said she was the “manager “ needless to say I wasn’t getting anywhere so I sent a nice email to corporate! ..poor customer service skills, these reviews say it all

John in the copy and print center is a ROCKSTAR! Great knowledge, friendly and helpful. He was super efficient and patient!

Good products, but the customer service is poor. They are usually understaffed at the customer service desk, and when there is someone there, they ignore you for 5 minutes before they finally decide to help you. This is the second time in 1 month this has happened to me there. I wish there were other options in town for office supplies.

Long story........about poor customer service, store in disarray due to reorganization and a smug employee that thought it was funny that I had enough of waiting in a register line, while 3 employees basically goofed around, and placed my items on the counter and left.They are not the only show in town.......go somewhere else and be happier. Zero stars would be my rating if I could.

I only come here if I absolutely have to. Lots of things are overpriced. Once I needed help with a pen refill, and the associate didnt attempt to help me.

Ive recently had two orders printed and cut here and am greatly impressed with the professionalism of the staff! They took their time to get my invitations perfect for me!

Sometimes the store will get busy and they dont have enough employees working to help everyone but the staff is very courteous and respectful. I would definitely continue to go to this location!

I tend to end up here often for labels, printer cartridges, and/or items printed at the print shop. They have a larger selection of items than big box stores (which is why I end up here for labels) and pricing can be comparable if you shop smart and take advantage of promos.

I usually get a certain type of laser printer paper from this location. On 3 separate occasions, they had none of the paper I needed on the shelves. Each time I asked an employee to assist me. The person working closest to the printer paper, invariably, acts like I am interrupting them from their break (as they were just standing in the next aisle). I ask for the paper that I know they stock and get this answer: If it is not on the shelf we dont have it. I say ok, find a person behind the counter and ask them to get someone in the back to see if it is there. Each time, the people in the back bring me the paper. I would give this place a single star, but that wouldnt be fair to the few workers that helped me.

I came here to get 1 copy of a packet I need. I go back to the area where they do copies for you, 3 people working back there and no one greets me or anything. So I found my way over to the self serve copies, make my copy and go to the counter to pay. A man is in front of mem and finishing his purchase an elderly women walks towards the counter. The woman at the cash register completely ignored me and walk away from the area to help her find something. I waited for like 8 minutes while an employee stood with her back turned towards me making copies. Finally another employee comes over and rings me up. I pay with my debit card and the purchase is approved but the girl qho just rang me up is now back by the other girl who was making copies. So i grabbed my own receipt and as Im walking out I see the woman who was at the register in back the one who vompletely walked away from the area aware that I was standing there waiting for help talking to another employee. The customer service was horrible. Ive never ever had this type of experience

What can you say? Most commonly needed office supplies at reasonable cost.

This store is hit or miss. Ive walked in when service was great. Other times, its either nobodys around or theyre rude and unhelpful. Walk in, and roll the dice! You may just walk out with what you were looking for.

Horrible customer service at this location. Associate just plan refused to help locate an order. He kept telling me there was nothing he could do. I called headquarters and they figured out the issue in 2 minutes. They even said they couldnt believe he was unable to see it online.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I am a huge window shopper as i live near the store. They are extremely shallow minded make insults over there ear radios..... Also have come across snobby workers its oqward being by there even when at at work next door

Bad customer service. Too many employees just standing around doing nothing while one or two doing everything. Store management needs to improve and work on engagement. From the time you walk in the store it feels like youre attending a funeral.

Attempted to use the print center to scan a document. They were unable to do so, citing server must be down. company should have a way to troubleshoot this sort of thing.

I like that you can bring your ink cartridges in to recycle them.
