Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Definitely AVOID!

Bad customer service, guy on the front office wont even look for what you got and will turn you down before you even start to explain what it is. This is not the first time either. Zero stars.

Kathy is very knowledgeable. She knows all the products they carry and was able to stock my shop with everything I needed and monitor my stock so I didnt have to worry about running out of anything. Thank you!!

Spoke with Bill. Extremely unhelpful. We buy about $10,000 worth of hardware a year; so not huge but not chump change. Without evening getting out a specific size and requirement; he told me to purchase from the website. Guess Fastenal Kenosha doesnt care at all about customer service or developing new relationships.
