Great experience! Despite not having received my small deposit in the mail, and despite rain almost every other day for months, they were able to come out sooner than expected and fix our homes crumbling chimney, which now looks great!

This company is very unprofessional is just about every way. First they were about 2 1/2 hours late coming and I had to call to find out what was going on. When they got here everything seemed ok until they asked me for things that they should of had already. Like rags to clean up the windows that they were installing. Told me it would only take supposeably 2-3 hours to do. Which I knew couldn’t happen, turned out to take about 6. Then broke one of the windows and had to come back the next day, which I had no problems with. Found out that they took a blanket I had covering a door in my basement down to use to put in front of the window, without even asking if it was ok to do. When The guy came back the next day, he was almost 3 hours late again with no phone call or reason. The guy pulled into my yard, very unprofessional. He should have parked in the street first of all. When he finished he didn’t even tell me he was done just left. Went to go look at the work done and they left a huge mess, which I started to clean considering no one from company called me back about it because I called and complained. When they finally called back they sent two guys over to clean but I had already done 75% of it. They had excuses for the guy who left which was not right. They did finish the cleaning and putting things back where they went. Couple days later I was closing the windows that they left open and realized one was cracked. Contacted landlord right away to tell her and she contacted them and didn’t hear back from them. So then on Friday @ 5pm, a guy shows up at my house to fix it. No phone call ahead of time or anything. He didn’t even knock on my door, just tried to help himself into my house but realized the backside to the basement was locked. He was rude also when asked if someone called ahead of time. I let him fix the window and then went to inspect it to make sure it was fixed and saw that he left a huge mess. Didn’t even clean anything up. Saturday morning I went outside and saw that my trellis on the side of house near the window that was being fixed had been broke off of the stand and then thrown in yard. I don’t know if it was done by accident or not but very rude to not even tell the person in the house that u broke it. I may rent but this is still where I live. I will never use or recommend this company and my landlord had issues with them as well and I’m sure will not use them again either. I am very unhappy with how rude and unprofessional they are.

I was told 3 Xs he was coming to do a Job for me within 2 months - not once have I received a call to be informed he wasnt-Very Unprofessional & a Waist of my Time!
