My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Tithof Tile & Marble company. Marybeth who took us under her wing, was very helpful in many ways. She was within our budget and stayed with the colors we wanted. She was also very prompt when needed. I also want to say the installers were awesome. They did a great job and were very punctual as well!!! I would recommend this company!! You are treated like FAMILY here!!!

Buyer Beware don’t expect any kind of customer service after the sale. Once they have your money it’s all over. Supposedly the warranty is 15 years on the sealer for the granite less than 4 years later they want $300 to even come and look at it to see if the problem is the sealer ! I am extremely disappointed in them and would recommend looking elsewhere. I have sent several people to them and had I know this is how they treat people I wouldn’t have sent my friends to them.

Great experience! We had countertops installed in our basement bar and they did a great job. Hit a small snag but they were always very receptive and wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied. I doubt too many other places would stand behind their work like Tithof did.

When I entered the building to talk to someone, everyone was helpful and friendly.Mary Beth, my sales associate, went above and beyond to answer my questions and make sure I was happy, even when she was off for the day. She made me feel extremely important, stayed professional while making me feel like a friend, not just a customer.Randy, who made the final measurements, was very kind and answered any questions I had and explained things well. I truly liked that he arrived on time because Im a timely type of a person.Gina sure has a great eye in figuring out exactly which part of the slab would be cut for my counters and I appreciate her letting me come in and review the decision before everything was finalized.Juan and Thad who installed the counters were great, friendly, professional and really knew what they were doing because the counters look AAAAmazing!!!!From start to finish, this was one of the best experiences Ive had in a very long time. I recommend this company to everyone because theres nothing better than going to a place where they listen and value your opinion, while working with you to ensure youre making the best decision for yourself.This company is not just a business, instead its filled with very happy and eager people who want to make you feel important and valued. There are too many places that make you feel like another number.... but, thankfully Tithof is not like that.When I say everyone CARES at Tithof, I mean it. An excellent experience from initial shopping stages to gather information about what product would work best for us, through the sale, measuring, installation, and post installation follow-up. Marybeth in Sales was passionate about helping us make our dream kitchen a reality. Brett was informative during the measuring process. The installers were professional and courteous. The other thing that set Tithof apart from other companies we looked at was the time that John and Mark spent talking to us about their company, how they go about their work, and the importance of making sure everything in the whole process is Best In Class Service. Recently we worked with Tithof Tile & Marble in Kenosha when remodeling our kitchen and dining room. Marybeth was a joy to work with. She is professional and very sweet. Eddie, Thad and Luke worked together to install the granite and we were very pleased with there work. The staff who cut the granite did quality work. As a first time home owner, all the employees at Tithof Tile made the process easy for me. They were helpful, patient and had a great sense of humor. The installers were prompt and professional. They listened to what I wanted and helped me find just the right product and look for me. I highly recommend Tithof Tile and would happily work with them again.

We used Tithof in 2017 to replace our outdated kitchen counter tops. We were so impressed with the; professionalism, price, and quality that we chose them again in 2018 to install our granite and double sinks in our master bath. Marybeth responded quickly to every email. Tracy was excellent in measuring and he covers every possible issue, so install is exactly as discussed. Also, I love that no matter who your sales person is, anyone will jump in to assist. Tithof associates take extreme pride in the company and we could feel their excitement for our projects and happiness. Projects made easy and service with a heart. Highly recommend!

Mary Beth was awesome to work with, very knowledgeable and very willing to go the extra mile to be sure everything went smoothly . My whole process from my first appointment to install was about 3 weeks. I walked the yard to see whole slabs in the light, got quotes on 4 or 5 slabs, picked one, had them come out and measure, and within a few days of that I got a pdf of what the cut out on the slab looked like. had it install within 10 days of that! They were super reasonably priced and great to work with!

Horrible customer service, I asked for the Amazon table top and they proceeded to inform me that my tasts were horrible. :( I was told by my kids that they recently had the police called on them while on the premises. I was in the store at the time and unfortunately I missed the officers sick tricks on my daughters skateboard. They werent doing anything except licking the windows clean from the outside.

The experience of deciding where to get your new countertop can be overwhelming . From the first impression of Tithof to the last we were very pleased. The inventory of granite for you to choose from was impressive to the courteous staff that give honest advice to what me be the best choice for your needs. They are patient and not pushy, prices are reasonable and the installers were very professional . Eddie and Malek were cautious friendly and took pride in their work. I would recommend this place top notch!

These guys are great. Their granite selection was complete with their willingness to move granite pieces to be viewed in other positions and lighting conditions. Everything from measuring and drawings to install and follow up has been very professional and I see why they take such pride in their business. I used them because they came recommended by others.

I wish I could have given this business a proper review, but in the last 3 weeks I have visited the store twice and filled out paperwork both times to have a job done. I have also made 3 follow-up phone calls and spoke to a live person each time. Every time I visited or called them, I was promised that the person who would do my job would call me in the next couple days. As I said, this process has been going on for 3 weeks now and in spite of my best efforts to hire them for my job, I still havent received a call. I understand that businesses can get busy, but I think 3 weeks is a very generous time frame to allow for a simple phone call. As a result, I have been forced to find alternative options to have my job completed.

After doing extensive research, we decided to use Tithof to fabricate and install our granite kitchen countertop. What sealed the deal was working with MaryBeth. She has confidence in her company and assured us that they would deliver us a beautiful countertop. Well, they exceeded our expectations! MaryBeth walked us through every step of the process. We were beyond thrilled with our entire Tithof Tile & Marble experience- You will not find a more caring group of individuals that assist you every step of the way! We are in the process of building a new home, and we have gone to many, many places to look for our granite- One Saturday afternoon we stopped into Tithof (about 3 mins before they were going to close for the day) and were thoroughly impressed with our wonderful sale representative, MaryBeth Ashe- she is a rock star when it comes to customer service! She was more than happy to stay late that day to show us some new granite that had arrived—and we were very thankful. We had been kicked out of many granite places even a few minutes before they were going to close, so we knew this was going to be a totally different experience.
