I love hearing life. They have been so amazing to me.. im nearly 50% deaf and with their help I received hearing aids! I never thought Id be able to afford them!

My experience with Hearing Life (and Avada before that) have been exceptional. The people I have had the pleasure of dealing with have always been very professional and pleasant. The Oticon hearing aids I have valve performed wonderfully for almost two years.

The Dr. was very nice, courteous, and listened to all our questions and helped us understand the answers. I would definitely recommend him to others.

Was going ok until Greg Hasse left. My expensive hearing aids have been out for repair for weeks. Hope I get them back soon. Disappointed in Greg leaving his customers without notice and with unresolved problems. I’d stay away until they get someone in the store who can manage it again. Shame on Greg.Updated 2 years later. I did get those hearing aids back in a few weeks. Scott who replaced Greg is doing a great job. Scott is very caring, and competent in getting your hearing aids tuned right. He will get your hearing corrected!

Greg at avada found me in a very lonely world of anger and frustration and provided a clear path back to a world full of sound, beautiful sound! Greg is a very gifted man! Greg is understanding and professional in every aspect. He is now a friend. The hearing devices he recommended are amazing and affordable. They were not the most expensive by far but work so well, easy to operate and full of technology, and Free batteries forever! I was at nearly 80% deafness and couldnt hear certain tones at all. Avada put an end to that!!!!! Ive been fitted with hearing devices from big box stores and in no way does it compare! Thanks again Greg, and avada for fixing a problem that I have lived with for decades!!!!!!😊

Greg Hasse walked out of the company leaving no work completed. He is a terrible person. I hope he finds no work elsewhere in my area.No one contacted me to let me know this and I have been waiting almost a month for my hearing aid.Greg Hasse is NEVER to be trusted again.

If it was possible, I would give this location 10 stars! I live in Illinois and drive about 30+ mins to get to Avada Hearing Care Center and this location by far has been so helpful, grade A customer service. From the front office Kristin, to the hearing specialist Greg, the company is very welcoming, friendly and the service is absolutely worth the drive. I am extremely happy that I decided to go to this location compared to the hearing company I previously tried in Gurnee. Greg and Kristin welcome you like family. They arent out to just sell you a product and ditch you. They take the time to ensure the products work for you, Greg gives me the confidence in my hearing aids and makes the time to make any changes for me. Greg and Kristin do not mind taking the time for you and is willing to ship my hearing aid batteries to me! I highly recommend this company, they stand by their products and really care about you. Thank you Kristin and Greg, these hearing aids have really changed my life and I no longer am struggling with my hearing loss. Greg and the avada company is like Allstate, youre in good hands!
