Asked salesman specifically if the bike would be fine to ride this year with no issues, and I was reassured there would be no problems. Tires were a little worn but still had tread left so I didn’t think much of it, come to find out a week later I found a oil leak that they didn’t mention because the stator cover was jb welded, about a month later the bike started bogging at 10k and around the same time the fairings were missing bolts so they flew off while riding cutting my knee. Talked to the guys over there and they wanted me to pay full price to get it inspected and wanted to make me wait 3-4 weeks, no help at all even after being reassured there would be no problems and just when I thought it couldn’t get any worse my headlight went out few weeks after that. All my friends told me they’ve had bad experiences there too. Definitely would not recommend

Got the wheel mounted and was the only shop in the area to make it happen. Called and stopped at multiple shops to get this done and nobody would touch it. This is now my go to for wheel mounts. You can see pics of the wheel mounted on Instagram @ruck_rider when build is complete.

This place is staffed with knowledgeable enthusiasts, not pushy sales people. Id highly recommend buying from here!!! This was by far the quickest and painless vehicle purchase I’ve ever made(I’ve made a lot).

He was also very kind and understanding for a new rider like myself. Very displeased with my experience in my purchase of a motorcycle from Metz. The process was smooth but while looking at the bike I questioned a noise it was making so I asked how they stand behind their bikes in which the owner told me that he will do what he can to help. He claimed he thought it was clutch springs so in a partial verbal agreement I was going to front the $200 bill for springs and complete the labor myself. After Purchasing the over $10,000 bike I stuck hundreds of dollars in parts trying to find the issue, I later found that the clutch basket was very loose and wore out. So after a lot into parts, I contacted the dealer and the owner would not talk to me personally but the salesman did look at possible fixes and found a company that would repair the basket in Texas that I would have to send the whole unit to. Being over $600 into parts I asked if they would only cover the $300 repair for the issue of the bike and again did not hear from the owner at all but after the salesman talked to owner, he came back and told me the bike is sold as is and went from answering questions nicely to switching to a really bad tone in which basically said get bent. So now I am over $900 into a bike that I only rode from the dealership back to my house then got torn apart for weeks. Bike was put back together and my first test ride was at dark which is my third time riding the bike since purchase, the bike seemed good and the basket issue was fixed on my own dime/my own labor but then the bike kept cutting power while riding where it would shut the headlight off for a split second and reset the gauge cluster but not kill the bike. After some research I found the issue on these bikes is battery being bad so now I am over $1000 that I have to eat because dealer does not stand behind their products even though they claim to. Very bad experience with very low respect that I will not be returning to or recommending anyone to go to. GOOD LUCK dealing with the Metz team if you have issues.

Bought a motorcycle from out of state. Put good faith as was told the bike had no issues. Did not have the motorcycle for 24 hrs before having to take to a shop. Found out fuel pump was needed to be replaced owner would not replace as bike sold as is. Tested and Inspected obviously not. Salesman didnt go to bat to help resolve issue as was told it was in great running condition while it sat on the sales floor.

Owner)..she needs a lot of love and mostly work. Haha I know my bike wont be easy nor cheap $1700 worth. Eeefff Im riding her until the new tires Metz put on fall off. & Whatever engine swap they do in 2 weeks. Shes mine haha 😄 frame good, shes good will bring her back to life. I dropped off my Ducati a few months back for service. Asked for anything with issues to be repaired. Dealt with Mike. After having complications I couldn’t pick up my bike for about 2 months. Came to pick up with cash money for repairs and storage. Mike SNATCHED the money from my hand, as if I was a criminal. Actually took all my money out of my hand, took what he wanted and returned the rest to me stapled to my paperwork. Also got directly in my face. My bike wasn’t put on charge and there was also an issue with the battery. So I payed $3000 for storage for a dead bike and a wasted trip, and another $1600 for service that wasn’t completed properly by Mike. And I had the novel experience of being treated like a criminal. I was also required to pay 170 for the battery after this entire shpielI spoke with Ben, to some little resolution. Only my respect for Ben and my desire to support his business will keep me coming back.STAY AWAY FROM MIKE

Took my bike in for a check up. I dropped it off right as they were closing and they looked at it right away the next day. They tightened the chain, checked fluid levels, and even noticed a crack in my kickstand. Ben contacted me with options for my kickstand and even had next day delivery for the part. They gave me my total right away over the phone with no extra or hidden fees. Will be doing business again with them in the future.

Just met the owner for the first time, he came to buy some old motorcycles from me that had some issues. he very polite and professional we agreed upon a price and he stuck to it the price was fair to us both and he was polite throughout the process. i could tell from just talking with him for 15 minutes that if i was ever in his area and needed my bike fixed he would definitely be the first person i would call. hopefully i never break down in the Kenosha area but if i do im glad i know of a place i can trust to work on my motorcycles. would definitely recommend to a friend
