Im of mixed feelings writing this review. Metz Medical was the pinnacle of service. Everyone was nice, helpful, and NEARBY. Everyone Ive talked to at MSC has been extremely nice and helpful; however, Ive no idea why it is near impossible for them to update my information. I have been on the phone as 5 different people have taken my new insurance information, only to have the next call note my old insurance. More recently, the same issue has happened with having them update my address. They must be used to people who stay in the same job and location for all their lives because its maddening needing to update things every call. If it werent for this ongoing issue, I might rate them a 3-4 (Metz would have received a 5).

Basically all positive reviews are from when it was owned by metz medical. The new company that runs it is terrible. Long wait times to get a answer, if you can even get ahold of anyone on the phone and I have been waiting for almost a month for medical supplies that they claimed would be sent to me in 10 days. Shop around for other supply companies, dont settle for less then you deserve. Be smart.

The new company that owns the old metz medical is very BAD. Gives me the run around . No support from the staff. Ordered equipment and did not get it call back and they said a doctor had to update information just to replace a mask that I was using the last five years . Never had that problem with metz I am looking for a new place to order from.

Mom needed oxygen after being discharged from the hospital. Everyone at Metz was so nice and caring. The oxygen and equipment was delivered promptly, and the kind man explained everything as he set it up. When no longer needed he came and picked up everything.We would highly recommend this company to anyone needing oxygen or related equipment.

Jim had beyond WOW customer service.We picked up equipment needed the same day as a rush. Service and professionalism could not have been better.

Not good experience today picking up my supplies. I was there in back parked in the back lot like they told me. Here I dont have the silver vehicle anymore but a dark color vehicle. I called to let the inside know I was there. Then 2 other vans pulled up who was silver so they were waited on. I was between my shifts and sat there after the third call I made to the inside office saying I couldnt sit any longer and have to go.I did call before other people were there but I was ignored wonder if was the color of the vehicle? If the person did not want to help me? I want an apology. If it is the color of vehicle it shouldnt matter. There are no signs stating what area exactly to park. I parked in the same spot in April 2020 and had no problem but today was horrible service.In my opinion it looked like last come first service which is bad customer service. It should be first come first serve not first come last serve.

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!IF I COULD GIVE YOU A 10 STAR RATING I WOULD!!For 2 months I have been using a broken mask, seals shot and broken strap hooks (self repaired), a hose with holes in it (taped), and an air filter so dirty it looks like it came off a lawn mower. The supply company that we were dealing with said that they had called us multiple times, both mine and my wifes number, (which they didnt) and when we finally got a hold of them they said that the supply order (that we had been waiting for 2 months) had been cancelled. No remorse, no hey is there anything we can do to help or to make this right?. My wife is pulling her hair out dealing with them and I still have no supplies.Were done.You know the run around, talk to the insurance, find a new supplier, call the supplier and make sure they carry what you need, talk to the doctor and make sure the prescription is in, set it all up, order supplies and wait.NOT WITH METZ MEDICAL!!!We called Metz and they immediately set up an appointment for 10am the next day to try on a new mask and within 24 hours of talking with Cheryl (hope I spelled your name right) we were on our way home with a new model mask, hose and filters. Cheryl was ON POINT!! All my questions were answered, she knew APAP machines by design and number, different masks and hoses that might work better for me without even having a computer or documentation to quote from. ON POINT!! It truly felt like she had my best interest at heart, I didnt just feel like a number or an order that had to be filled but a human being with a need for help and you went above and beyond my greatest expectations.Cheryl and the whole Metz Medical team, thank you so much, I am going to tell everyone I know that has a CPAP/APAP about your hospitality and professionalism.Forever grateful,Thomas and Kathy Kabelis

A big thank you to Metz every summer as they provide me with a mobile CPAP machine with rechargable battery packs for when I go camping with the family. They have done this for me for several years and they do it cheerfully and without cost! Thank you!
