I am sad about A company that treats employees and customers so bad as if the people owed the company something instead of taking care of the people pay the business by buying things from them..................... I wonder if the corporate office runs all offices like this or just this location because this place must have worst upper management that myself and a few Other shops have seen. I truly feel for the employees and the customers. Hope they do something about this otherwise lots of business will be lost just like the turn over of employees....

WE BUY A LOT WITH THEM AND THEY HAVE GOOD PARTS AND ARE FAST. THE PROBLEM IS THE SERVICE BY TELEPHONE THEY NEVER ANSWER IT TAKES A LONG TO ANSWER AND IF THEY ANSWER IT HANGS UP ONE I HAVE GONE TO WAIT FOR UP TO 45.50 MINUTES AND WHEN THEY ANSWER ME THEY HANG UP ON ME SO THAT IS WHY I DIDNT BUY ANY MORE WITH THEM, LOOK FOR IT AND BETTER THE SERVICE,......
