Working here is horrible. I worked here in July and August of 2020 and it has no AC and poor air circulation. They want you to work as fast as you can with machinery from the 80s that will barely stays together. It is a constant tedious task just keep this old machinery running. Hardly anyone wears masks amidst this Covid pandemic. The pay is the same for temp hires as it is for direct hires which is not much of an incentive. I cant help but feel its a modern day sweat shop. When I trained on one of the machines I even came in early to prep the area to get started on time. I never missed a day of work nor was I ever late. I was one of the only workers there that actually wore a mask to prevent the spread of disease.They wanted me to work faster than what I thought was safe. Especially while working with knives, torches, pneumatic, and electro-mechanical equipment. I got laid off because I wasnt working fast enough. I would never buy their buoys for the reason of mistreatment of their workers. OSHA would have a field day at this facility. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I really had high hopes for this company when I was hired. Now its just a minor blemish on my resume.

Work place

All I have to say is wow. You handed me a booklet and told me to shut up cause Im getting paid to read.I wouldnt treat any one that way, and I sure would never do business in that fashion either.

Great manager, good location, and very well managed.
