Employees that are competent, fast in and out time, and super helpful. Used battery prices are decent and I love the warranty as well. I will be coming here for my battery needs.

I race cars at a local race track, and my cars battery was junk. I stopped in, they tested it on the spot for free and showed me how it worked. I asked for an owner already knowing that purchasing a high end battery would just about drain my racing budget. Greg, the owner came out and listened to my story. Without hesitation he got me what I needed, at a price that I could manage. This is just another great reason to support this local business. When is the last time you heard a similuar story about Walmart? When have you seen Costco support their community? This business supports their community and for that I will gladly display their logo on my race car and refer everyone I know. And of coarse I know where Im going to get all my batteries from now on!! Thank you, Greg. And thank you Interstate.

I know I have a quality product. I trust the reputation of this battery. My complaint is with the customer service provided. I spent $144 on a battery and a week later I found the same battery at Costco for $73. When I talked to the sales person he couldn’t give me a significant reason why the battery they installed was $70 better then what they sold through Costco. The manager didn’t have the time to come out and talk to me to work out a compromise. I was told that even if I bought the battery sold by Costco and brought back mine they wouldn’t give me a refund because they considered the battery I bought from them used and in my words “spoiled merchandise”. I can’t bring myself to believe that reasoning for refusing a refund to be rational. My goal in sharing my experience is to get the attention of someone who makes the business decisions at Interstate Batteries and to find a compromise. As it stands for everyone else reading this I recommend buying a Costco membership and buying your batteries with them because ultimately you will spend less for the same product.

I went to OReilly Auto and Advance auto they both really did not charge my battery properly I found out... and basically said it needed to be replaced... Interstate battery charge it for 24 hours and charged $10...The battery was GOOD!!! Its good to know theres still honesty and competency in this world...

Not bad place, but beware if You havehim install it. He works fast and doesnt pay attention and will scratch the car. He had two socket wrenches in his hand and closed my hood. I cringed as I heard the metal wrenches ding my paint

They were super patient when i came in and found out they didnt take my company card because it was AMEX and had to call my boss to get a different payment method. They helped me load the batteries into my truck and even gave me one of the slings they use so i wouldnt have a hard time getting them out of my truck myself when i got them back to my warehouse.
