Looking into another key being made for my car

My experience is something I wish would never happen to anyone else.I placed an order for keys for my car in about February and was concerned why it took 2 months to get back to me. I called to ask about them and, turns out they never ordered them in the first place even though I was calling every so often since they said it would take a week tops. I had already paid so I needed the keys because the buttons were falling off mine and the other pair was destroyed. They said they were so sorry and would prioritize that first to get them done. (I live 20 minutes away from 28th street and am still going to school and work on top of this) they never got back to me again and when they said they finally got them done, About a month later they never cut the key in the fob. They tried replacing it with my old one and it keeps popping out and the buttons dont really work. I still paid and they said they would make ANOTHER brand new pair and let me know when it was done. They never called back. Its really frustrating to be patient and still have to deal with that kind of service.

I didnt know Batteries Plus Bulbs performed cell phone repairs. I bought a battery for my iPhone7 from Amazon. When I installed it late Saturday evening I damaged my display. I looked on line for iPhone repair I found Batteries Plus was open on Sunday and had my display in stock. I made an appointment online and received $10.00 off the service. I dropped my phone of Sunday morning. Two hours later when I went back, my phone was fixed. I wish I would have found Batteries Plus before I purchased my battery from Amazon. It would have only cost me about $8 more for them to install the battery and I wouldnt have broken my display costing me more money. The person who helped me on the phone Saturday and the person who helped me on Sunday were both very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Batteries Plus Bulbs on 28Th street in Grand Rapids for all your phone repairs.

They have very good service there. It will help you any way they can and their prices are very reasonable

In and out with a watch battery replacement. Might be a great value to get $20 lifetime replacement they offer. But I just did a one time replacement for under $15.

We have been using Batteries+Bulbs battery service for many years . We have recently completed a few lighting projects with them that have been seamless and smooth. Service is always topnotch.

I like the pricing and efficiency of the repair. I needed a new screen. I needed a new battery for my phone and the screen had a very tiny crack in the corner. I took it to the Apple store and Best Buy and neither place would put a new battery in because of the crack. I stopped in to Batteries Plus and showed them the screen and they said they could replace the battery so I made an appointment online and they had no problem. This is why I came back for the screen repair.

Very helpful staff. When I needed a car battery, I called in to make sure they had the specific battery I needed for my car. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I ordered online and saved 10%, too. When I arrived at the store, my battery was waiting for me up front. I will DEFINITELY shop at Batteries Plus Bulbs in Kentwood again. A++

The guys working were very helpful. I needed a battery for my s10, they didnt have one in stock so they ordered one and we made an appointment to get it installed. While ordering they start asking me questions and we determined that if I were to shut my bluetooth off when I didnt need it I may not burn through the battery so quickly. They said they would order the battery anyway, I shut off the Bluetooth and they sent me home to see if that made a difference. They said if so, to just cancel the appointment, that they needed a battery in stock anyway. They may have saved me almost $200 for the battery and back glass.Ill be back, if not this time, next time I need something for sure! Thanks guys!

The battery for my sons ride on vehicle needed replacement. These guys were able to replace the battery cells and get it back up and running in short order. The price was lower than the estimate and took less time too. Very pleased!

Fob battery replacement was overpriced, took 20 minutes, longer than it should have taken, the attendant forgot to re-attach my keys after all that. And then 3 weeks later the new battery completely died. Replaced it myself the second time with a $2 battery in seconds.

Service was quick and efficient. I needed to replace a better pack. They had exactly what I needed and told me if I had any problems, to bring it back. My new battery pack has a one year warranty. The store has a record of my purchase. Very satisfied with the service I received .

One of the best customer experiences I have had in Grand Rapids. Their customer service was awesome, as soon as I came into their store they were friendly and eager to help. The guys at the store tested my battery right away to ensure I was doing the correct thing to repair my vehicle. Without asking they swapped my car battery themselves, and there was no charge for it. Ordered online for in store pick up. Received the email that my order was ready and I could come pick it up (seems straight forward right?). I get there and no product. I probably would have been OK with it, but I drove 30+ minutes to get it (I needed it by Wednesday morning so I didnt want to press Amazon arrival Wednesday afternoon). Took a chance and I wont do it again. Customer service took no responsibility and blamed it on the franchise owner. Employees were nice, so thus the 2 star as it should have been zero since I had to drive over an hour to get this item they told me I could get. Live and learn (Im learning). :)

My favorite cordless vacuum had tired batteries. I had them changed out and my vacuum is better than new...plus it saved me from spending more money on a brand new one! Ive been to this specific store several times, and have found it to be my preferred store vs the one on Alpine. Was looking for 2 replacement batteries for my son’s flashing-LED necklace, which only cost under $3 including two batteries (similar to 357s but half as thick). They tried to charge $4 for EACH battery! Seriously, Batteries Plus?! Gouge someone else, I’ll look anywhere else for batteries... never you guys.

I needed 8 batteries for my motorhome. I had purchased batteries from Batteries + before so I thought I would check out what they have on their website. Their price was right so I ordered them online and picked up at the store. The guys loaded them into my truck. When I brought the cores back, the guys unloaded those too. I had amazing customer service when getting the screen of my phone repaired twice. The first time my phone was having issues after being fixed at a battery plus out of state. The phone repair expert in grand rapids fixed the issues with no hassle. When I unfortunately broke my screen a second time she took pity on my poor luck gave me a special deal and pretty much only charged me the cost of the parts. TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE! If I ever need phone repair services or batteries I will be coming back to the Kentwood location, no doubt. Thanks for the help!

Very helpful figuring out which battery I needed

Batteries Plus is the absolute best place to buy auto batteries. Great selection of high quality products. After using a lot of other battery brands, the X2 Power AGM (same as Northstar) battery is by far the best battery available on the market. Great location and can park right next to the door, making it very convenient to trade in the old battery and carry out the new. Ordered online and picked-up at the store the next day. Doesnt get easier.

Website was great as it had search criteria which Sams didnt. One of the batteries had to be transferred from another store, but on that day no one called to inform me It hadnt come in. When I called for the manager, the line was busy. When I called the desk, it took so long, I hung up. Finally, on a Wednesday after ordering on a Sunday, I picked the batteries upWhen I was installing one in my truck, I discovered it to be the wrong one. Apparently, it was a new buy at the desk. Picked up the right one the next day. Somewhat exasperating, but I would go there again as I got a 10% discount on line and as long as Im careful to avoid any mistakes I can avoid, then it should work out better next time.

Pleasant staff, but the first screen they fixed my phone with was a dud. Walked in tonight and Joe fixed it in a flash and its finally good as new.
