Love this place! Sarah does an amazing facial! The products are totally worth the $ and Ive had awesome results from following their skincare regimen. I highly recommend the Sapphire blue light therapy.

Being inside this store is very serene! I had a wonderful time shopping here. The products are phenomenal and all of the employees are very welcoming. The store manager, Jordynn, is extremely professional, polite and seems to be passionate about her job. Top notch customer service. I highly recommend getting a facial!

I had a standard facial with Sara who was very knowledgeable. There were several treatments used including an assessment under the magnified steamer. I left with my face feeling fabulous.

I’m in sales and had a terrible time with acne and blackheads. I was walking around the mall a couple years ago and was introduced to Jordynn who is incredibly knowledgeable about the products she sell’s and showed me which ones would work best for my skin. I love this store. My go-to person is Jordynn Traxler. She is very knowledgeable about the product and gives you what you NEED. Ive never walked into a beauty store and was told why a product works the way it does or why it would benefit me. I trust her with my skin. My skin has never looked better! Ive had these dark ugly scars that are going away thanks to her! I no longer have acne or the small scars from them. I now feel beautiful in my skin. I feel more confident with myself and Im starting to love myself again. And I couldnt have done it without her and her guidance to these AMAZING products!!! I am absolutely shocked to see anyone giving this store a positive review. It cannot possibly be genuine. Utterly a scam. You will be expertly deceived by the sales staff. Expertly. And then, you will see your money taken and the theft is under way. When buying as a gift for several hundred dollars, a natural question was asked, very specifically: Can she return this if its not what she wants? Jordan instantly responded, Absolutely she can! The deceptive omission she made is this: NO, it CANNOT be RETURNED. ONLY EXCHANGE -- no matter what, we keep your money.I watched, while futilely attempting to get a manager from, well, Rivertown, since I have no authority to help you, was Jordans new mantra -- along with terse responses when I asked to speak with the owner, Sorry, shes in Florida. After a long and frustrating 30 minutes, I offered to return in a bit (she was at least pretending to dial up) so they could get authorization from the Rivertown manager. Relieved, Jordan jumped at the chance to get me out of the store.When I returned, the newbie sales person had me sit, with the impression that help was on the way. (Jordan was in the bathroom). 20 minutes later, she emerged to help the newbie assist a customer on an Amigo scooter and soothed, The salt will last a long time to manage your arthritis pain! This lady bought it, just as we had. I remained silent at the time, because the impression Id received from the newbie was that, indeed, my refund for several hundred had been approved by the mysterious authority at Rivertown. Not so. Id now had my second sitting observing this lady and her adult kids being hoodwinked at about 25 minutes. As the lady slowly maneuvered out, Jordan gave me side-eye and said, WEll! Still havent heard from Rivertown. They are VERY busy. Seriously.She then proceeded to show me on the receipt (which had never been shown at the time of purchase, but tucked into literature at the very bottom of the bag) See? It says right here Exchanges Only. And then, with a more smug accusation, And look, SOMEONE ripped it off the bottom of the other receipt! The funny thing was, WHEN did that receipt get generated and hidden? AFTER payment. At which point they became instantly UNRETURNABLE. And AFTER the question had been asked: Can this be returned? This is such an obvious These products were untouched in their cellophane wrappers, promptly returned after the holiday and no different than if theyd been sitting on the shelf at this rip off emporium. I was now so outraged, I lost it. YOU USE THEM then, Ladies! Smear that junk all over your faces! I started to storm out, in utter disbelief. THIS is the customer service youll get at Premier Dead Sea in Grand Rapids. Customer Service? No, its guaranteed revenue and not a care in teh world about whether you are a happy customer.

I totally love Premier!!!!I have been happily using their products for 3 years and would never change to another product line. Although it seems pricey, when compared to a years worth of competitors products, Premier actually was a little less expensive!!!! I see Jordynn and she is helpful, knowledgeable and always shows me new products and the proper way to apply and use them. I especially love the Biox Intensive Age Defying Serum! And the Eye Infusion!!!! Thanks to Jordynns help Ive seen drastic improvements in my Completion, skin tone and wrinkles!!!
