I needed to get some paint as I am getting my place ready to sell. I looked on google and it said they were open at 9 am on saturday. I drove 45 minutes there only to find out they are closed on Saturdays. I went to Sherman Williams and they helped me out. Id advise you change your listed times so no one else does the same thing. But if anyone asks me Ill tell them to just to somewhere else.
I went in to buy a paint roller and the handle, as well as have my old can of paint (which l got at a different paint store) shaken up. The salesman was very nice about it, but when he went to get it out of the mixer, it had spilled all over inside the mixer. He had even hammered it shut prior to loading it in there. I felt terrible. He poured the rest of my paint into a new empty can and even printed out a new information sticker to put on the new lid. I think he was slightly annoyed about what had happened, but he was pleasant enough about it. That’s what l call great customer service!
Many things wrong here.They are only open every other Saturday.I waited twenty minutes to be waited on as the phone rang incessantly because there wasnt anyone to even answer it.AND most of all....THEY DONT EVEN CARRY BENJAMIN MOORE PAINTS ANYMORE. They just say they do to get people into their store and then tell you about their store brand which they say, Is a pretty good paint.

Had a great experience today working with Charlie. He was very helpful on the phone before we actually came into the store. He was also knowledgeable on our project questions. We will be very happy to do business with Sevens going forward!

They need to post accurate hours for Saturdays. The site and door says open to 2, but when I got there at 1pm they were closed. Unfortunate.
Made a phone call with a question about a wiping stain and when I could cover it with varnish. Salesman was very helpful and probably saved me from making a big mistake!
Unsatisfied doesn’t begin to cover it. On Monday, February 11, I ordered a product at the store. The employee told me it should be in the next week, and they would call me. So when I didn’t hear from them the next week, I called them on Saturday (February 23). They said it wasn’t in but that they had some shipments coming in the next week so it was likely in one of them and that they would call me. I didn’t hear from them the next week or early into the following week so on Thursday (March 7) I called again. The guy said he would call the company and ask them why they hadn’t received the shipment yet and that he would call me the next day. So the next day when I received no call, I asked my boyfriend to call them to see if he had better luck. At that point it had been three and a half weeks since we placed our order with no word on when we would get it, seriously affecting our build schedule. So my bf called and (shockingly) they hadn’t called yet, so he made the employee call the company while on the phone with him to ensure it actually got done. They said it would come in the next week, and again, we did not receive a call the next week. So Saturday, March 16, an entire month + past when we placed our order and 3 weeks after they originally said it would come in, I tried calling them multiple times throughout the day while they were open to ask about it. I was on hold for over 10 minutes several times before deciding to try again later (one time waiting 30 minutes before hanging up) and never ended up getting contact with an employee. At this point I’m taking my business elsewhere and thanking god we didnt prepay. Don’t waste your time with this unprofessional company.
I was very dissappointed during a recent visit to Sevens paint in Kentwood. Not one associate even said hello to us or offered to help us. The store was not busy on a Saturday afternoon. I used to get great service at the Grandville store, which Im sad to say has closed. The Kentwood store wont be around much longer if they continue to provide such a poor customer experience.
Never disappointed, mixed stain saved me lots of work. Exact color.

Feelin Lucky? Dont have an account - spin the wheel, let the ASSociate pick what he is going to charge you. 45 a gallon one day 60 the next. They dont value any walk-in customers. They rape ur credit card and send u on ur way. Nothin in store has pricing, because everyone pays a different price.
