Now retired, I have most work cared for by the dealer. But for the easy stuff, Ive used Auto Zone for decades and they are always clean and tidy, unlike O*****s and the clientele I see seem the feel the same.

Bought oil & filter bundle with air filter. Acted like I didnt know my vehicle. Double checked with them that I was purchasing the correct air filter. Yeah, we had to return to purchase the correct air filter. Price wasnt terrible.

I enjoy shopping here. The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive, but if you want to shop alone, they leave you to yourself. The prices are reasonable and the hours are convenient. It can be difficult to find things at times (maybe because Im not a car person), but the staff is always willing to assist.

I stopped at the AutoZone in Keokuk Iowa where I used to live. I was so happy to see Bob. He is a fixture there and is so absolutely kind and friendly! He used to help me with everything I ever needed with any vehicle I had. I moved away nearly nine years ago, and of course he still remembered me. My cousin Fran used to work there as well.
