The US Cellular agent that assisted me this morning in Keokuk Ia was GREAT to work with! He answered ALL my questions & got my new Moto phone linked into my Equinox vehicle screen. I am very pleased!!

Ive been in the store twice and both times I have had excellent customer service, they are knowledgeable and are willing to help in any way possible. Especially from a young lady named Davera, she is courteous and knowledgeable and absolutely wonderful, I highly recommend this store, and Davera

Customer service at this establishment is way below average.... they have the market on US Cellular but I would recommend the drive to another town before I suggested this establishment. Rude very rude!

I have been to this store three times and each time the customer service has been terrible. They are rude, condescending and not overly helpful. We had a great branch in Carthage, IL with very helpful and courteous staff that was closed and Keokuk, IA is the next closest. I will be choosing to drive further to go to other branches rather than visit this branch ever again.

This is the worst, most unhelpful place I have ever been. If I could give them less than one star I would. The lady I dealt with was incredibly rude, wasted 2 hours of my time and still didnt fix the problem. US Cellular in general is the worst company Ive ever dealt with but the Keokuk store is even worse than usual.

Fast efficient service. Explained my problem, the service representative knew what caused it..I was out the door in less than 5 minutes. I had called the Burlington store..was put on hold twice and then transferred to customer service where the wait was 20 minutes. Thank you Conn would give you more than 5 stars if possible!

The worst store EVER!!! Horrible customer service!!! Extremely rude!!! I will drive 45 min - 1hr to go to a different store before I ever set foot in there again! I have been a US Cellular customer for years and have always received excellent service in other stores. In this store, the staff and the manager, Cindy, treated me like garbage! Don’t waste your time in this store or even bother giving them your business!

I Love The Service This Company Provides The Cell Service Is Great!

The location at 3360 Main Street Keokuk, Iowa has dismissive, condescending employees with little to no knowledge about the devices they sell. I went into the store with a minor software problem and walked out with my phone reset. I had to readjust all of my settings to my preferences. I kept trying to explain my problem however, the employee refused to listen. Kept arguing with me. I had to leave the store and call Samsung customer service in order to fix the problem. Previously I had given U.S. Cellular five stars. But with their unknowledgeable dismissive condescending employees, and theyre congested network with incredibly slow speeds, I had to revisit my review so it could be edited to more accurately reflect how this company operates.

Busy but I see why the employee know what they are talking about and they are always friendly

The person who addressed my issue was a tremendous help. He found an error in my billing and money is going to be refunded to me.
