I go out of my way to go to this Walmart. It’s big, usually well stocked, and there are almost no other shoppers there on Sunday mornings.

Live 15 miles away from this one but they actually have stuff I need in stock. Store is clean but the restrooms could use help.

I come here once a week to do grocery shopping, usually we have good to great experience. Occasionally we have a bad experience with a damaged item or a rude employee. I dont usually complain because i think everyone has experienced those workers who dont care about their job or the customer finding what their looking for but today 10/31/2021 Susan (short older lady with a grey bob haircut) working in customer service (pause to apreciate the irony) was so rude it just got under my skin her additude was uncalled for. I came with an exchange i accidentally got normal crib sheets instead of fitted. I was cought off gaurd when she asked for the pckaging it came in because a) no one ever cared about the packaging before b)it didnt come with any i tell her b) and she questioned that and then said she needed the tag. I know they need the barcode to make the return but it usually isnt a problem to not have a tag i accidentally threw it away before realizing it wasnt what i thought. someone usually will find the product and scan that so she tells me she needs it and im like okay... eventually im like do you need Me to go get another one? (which i shouldnt have to do i should mention at this point i have an baby with me) and she says yeah if we still have them with super attitude. So i get it and bring it back and she just ignoresmy obvious irritability with her untill she finishes the return then says thank you but clearly couldnt careless about her job me or how upset she made me she was such a jerk.

Its my favorite location out of all the ones in Fresno county because of clean it is and because it has a bakery that makes fresh bread. The one thing I dont like is that it takes a long time to get someone to get an item from the enclosed casing, still five stars though.

Its a Walmart. Its the nicest one in town. Traffic isnt too bad in the shopping center. But...minus one star for being a Walmart.

This location is always missing stock in different areas and they take such a long time to restock. Ive gone there and seen not a single banana in the store. Ive seen their Oatly milk out of stock for 2 weeks. The deli area only had turkey for weeks. I dont know whats going on with the person who makes sure they order what they need.

I ordered one crunchy taco was not wrapped appropriately food was everywhere but in the taco shell sloppy unappreciated work! My 3 yr.old wraps tacos better than these so called employees.

Walmart is the go to place. I just wish (at least at the Kerman location) they responded faster to their pet department area. I have stood there ringing the little red button for 30 minutes and heard them only call it over intercom once then nothing. Flagged down employees and still continued to wait. Its ridiculous. If they cant be bothered then stop locking it up 🤷‍♀️

Great location, serving an area in the middle of nowhere, new remodels going on, also now serving customers with Pick-up Services, just make your order and pull up to the curbside or go inside and take a seat on a comfy chair, while they do the walking and shopping for you

Honestly always a good place to shop. Sometimes gets busy, for the most part the associates are friendly. may be out of stock of items, but Ive never had a issue with associates checking in the back for me. Will continue to keep shopping there.

Really clean store employees are very helpful they take you to where youre asking about rather than pointing. Well go back there to shop. Kerman is a nice little town

Normally Walmart is good today not so. Asked a girl behind an cash register how much an item was she responded by telling me she did not work there. Then a moment later a Hispanic man walked up and she helped him. Seem there are some . Prejudice people working there today.

This is our mall in our small town. Love going there because you can get mostly everything you need. I hate that some necessity items are locked up and they take forever to get to you. Some employees could use some better customer service training. Others are awesome!

Its clean and you can find what you need easily. I tend to use the self-checkout most often.

There was only 2 lines open, the employees were going out of their way to avoid customers and their hot food workers were ignoring everyone. The managers were even ignoring complaints!

This Walmart always has nice things and is well stocked. This is a supercenter located in a nice shopping center with a starbucks and other food places in the vicinity.

Definitely a superstore. One of the nicest, newest Walmart I have been in. Employees were very helpful. This was as pleasant as it can get in a big, busy store.

Love the Kerman Walmart ! Spotless ! All the veteran employees know their stuff, are kind, sweet and very helpful ! Some of the young ones too. The others, and you know who you are, well lets just say, wont be there for long. Oh, and l drive to Kerman from Fresno, cause l think this one is the best !

Clean, can find almost anything and the quality is great. I don’t enjoy the long lines, some product shortages and the charging of bags. It’s frustrating that the beauty, technology and baby products are locked in cabinets that the workers must be contacted to open. I hope that changes because it makes me buy online than in person.

First of all let me start off by saying I am a Target girl at heart. The biggest turn off about Walmarts in general is they keep makeup, perfume, beauty products and baby formula (among other items) under lock and key. Its ghetto if you ask me. I really only shop here out of necessity because I moved and there is no longer a Target close to me or along my work commute. It is clean, Ill give them that. Another downside is they take long to restock certain items.

Lines are always long, but they only have 2 or 3 registers open. Seems like some days theres an employee structure meltdown. Always see employees in clusters stocking items, but chatting and going super slow. Takes way too long to get someone to open a locked case. Fairly organized and clean. Usually a very stressful experience at this location.
