This is by far the worst mechanic shop Ive ever had the displeasure of using. I have been up here four times to get my windshield replaced and get my air conditioner recharged. Two of the four, I was told that they ordered the wrong parts or the guy who can do the work wasnt there (both days, I had appointments). The third time, I waited four hours to refill my AC, and the fourth time I was told they would get a driver to take me home because of how long the job would take. I had to wait an hour and a half for the driver, despite him walking about, wasting time in the lobby. Dont give this place your time or money; they will eat it.

This place is a joke. My husband had to take his truck there twice to get front end lined up and it’s still not lined up. I took my car for tires leaking and they were supposed to change valve stems and they didn’t change a single one.

Excellent service and quick turn around. As soon as you ask for it they respond and send you a mock-up of the design quicker than anyone I have ever dealt with.Give them a try!!

John at KTD is awesome, the prices are fair and he does good work. Ive worked with them several times and its definitely my preferred vinyl shop.

Do not recommend this shop... I bought a 2016 Hyundai Tucson from Kernersville CDJ & they sent me to KTD to repair the issues I had with it. I was there 4-5 before all the issues were finally fixed. Tried to tell me the AC was working when in fact it was not. They belittled me as a young women & I knew all along everything I was seeing wrong with the car was in fact wrong & it was not until my dad stepped in that they finally fixed the issues.
