Today my fiancé went to buy some items needed for work. Yes I have a hard working man. Sometimes that means he gets holes in his jeans and doesnt always dress to Tractor Supplies dress code. Because of this, he was followed around by an employee and treated like he stole something at checkout by the way they vigorously searched through what he bought. Suggestion to Tractor Supply....you may want to train your employees to be more discrete in the future because you just lost a family of good, money spending customers.

One of my favorite local hardware stores, convenient and located right off of interstate 40. Whether you need feed, mechanical parts, 🔩🪛nuts and bolts, hardware, seasonal 👨‍🌾🌱🌾🌻gardening items, or unique gifts they have you covered. They also feature ♿ handicap accessible parking and aisles.

I bought a Champion generator that I purchased online through Tractor Supply and had it shipped to Kernersville, NC. I submitted a review of the generator but it was not allowed because I mentioned that it was made in China and that I had issues with Champion tech support. Be careful if you use online reviews before you make purchases because they are being censored.

Dear Tractor supply,Tonight my wife and I arrived afterYour “Union Cross” location had closed..We were only about 10 minutes past closing but you were closed none the less...We were about to leave when we were called out to by a young man named Addison...Forgive me if I’ve spelled his name incorrectly...Addison told us he was already waiting on someone who had called to get dog food last minute and he was WAITING so that persons dog didn’t go hungry!!!! 🙏he thought we were that person.. ❤️We told him that we weren’t and told him we only needed a tractor deck belt and it was ok we could return another day....Addison invited us in WARMLY and showed us directly to the location where we found the correct belt, in less than 10 minutes we were out and finished...In my humble opinion, ADDISON is EXACTLY what America needs more of.. His dedication to service of not only customers but his own obvious standards to life is AMAZING...TRACTOR SUPPLY, you’ve hit a GRAND SLAM in hiring this young man... Im an old Veteran and it takes a lot to impress, but today I have a renewed faith in humanity! I purchased a 3 point last season tractor implement at one of their stores and had some issues with it. I spent my day traveling to multiple stores in surrounding areas to get the parts that were in stock as I wasnt willing to wait for them to pull them into local store . My second stop was in Kernersville NC to pick up 2 parts and they were pulled and ready for me when I arrived. I dealt with Addison and as I told him my woes and that my next stop was Madison NC for the last part he went way above and beyond to make things right, I was floored. then as I arrived at Madison NC store I asked for my part at the front desk and was greeted by Kathleen and was told that Addison had called and taken care of this for me. Wow is all I have to say. Service your Grand pappy would be proud of!

Now that its fully up and running, its pretty decently stocked. so far Ive had nothing but good experiences with all of the sales team. Friendly service and always great products. You just glad I have one closer to home now.

I wouldnt go here unless you know exactly what you need and where to find it. The staff arent helpful because they arent knowledgeable. I went for a replacement battery for our lawn mower, they didnt know what the cold crank rating was or if one that had a higher crank rating would replace one with a lower crank rating (it will). They took my receipt that I signed for the core charge refund instead of giving it to me to being back with the old battery, and told me, its okay, you dont need this, well remember you.. Not confident but I saved my original receipt. So, if you know exactly what you want, its fine, but dont expect a knowledgeable staff that can help you figure out something or give you options.

Went to pick up online order, and bought two more items while there. Flower fertilize super thrive is what I was going for.

After I got a tractor I started shopping here. Then I wished I had come here before lowes or home depot. Much easier and have better selection. Easier to find help too.

Nice selection, great prices, and friendly staff!! Didnt realize they sold pet food, supplies, and toys. Check em out lot a good stuff in there and good prices.

Tractor supplies always have a good variety and I can usually find what I need for my livestock needs.

Brand new store can be hard to find using navigation. Item i received with my online order was damaged so I suggest not using curbside puck up.
