My first time being in there. I was looking for something wasnt really sure exactly what. After explaining what, Sidney Rucker was VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. He was super friendly. Customer service is where its at. Sidney definitely had that. If you go in there ask for Sidney, because he will make you feel welcomed. Will be back soon.

I had purchased sleeping aid being told that i could return it if it doesnt work because I was hesitant. the first time I tried to return it I was greeted by the female owner who said they couldnt do returns with covid 19 but wrote on the receipt that it could be returned after the return date once they are taking returns. Today I went in the store with only 2 pills missing, signed receipt and the male owner (females husband) refused by return, even after I was told it was his wifes initials. They took my money for an item that didnt work and lied to me about being able to not only return it if I wasnt happy, but also lied with signing the receipt. not owners that care about customers or honesty.

Such a disappointment. I’ve been there prior and met owner who lives in another city. Great conversation and enjoyable experience. Fast forward to yesterday (Sunday, Nov 10th) and what a change. How can you open at Noon and someone truly be miserable as an employee within 30 mins? Short, curt responses. Then I asked for help on using (2) separate “discounts” on almost $200 of goods. Daggers from her eyes? She actually thought by limiting her disregard for my request that it was sufficient customer service?If that was a different owner...you won’t make it.If that is an employee...the owner should know of this. If you do, you won’t make it. If you don’t, make changes.Two stars since I’ve seen the better side prior.

Don’t waist your money!! Every month they have the “latest” and “greatest” but the stuff they sold you last month is horrible. They’re more promotional than helping you out.

Didnt have the product I needed, no biggie. I asked the Sales person if there was something similar and I was basically told the general area and I could look for it on my own??? Ok, thats fine but I think he was just to occupied with the want a be body builder that he was with before I came in the store and had no problem spending more then 30 minutes with him?? I looked for awhile and then at which point I left. Not much customer service there

Very helpful staff! They Had more natural products than I was expecting from GNC. I purchased vitamin chews and have been pleased with them.

Go anywhere else but here, they wont let you return a product that they arent knowledgeable about selling to you and tell you your able to return it but when you come back and try to they argue with you and tell you its not the product but its you also the owner here tried to instigate a argument with me while being rude and pretty much calling me a thief and a child because I didnt have my ID on me for the return which has never been the case at any other gnc and also called me a child because I wanted to buy the store brand fish oil that was 8$ instead of the 40$ name brand do your self a favor and visit the vitamin shoppe they have the same products way less price

The staff is decent. The are kinda knowledgeable but the prices are inflated and a lot of the supplements are redundant.
