Excellent service. These are good guys who will do a very good job and treat customers right. Had some small cracks repaired. They explain ahead of time what they can and cannot fix. if theres a chance of something not working they will let you know. Watched them perform the repairs and consider them professional and knowledgeable.

The owner is a very respectful man. Got me right in and had me rolling again in about 30 min. He made sure that everything was extremely clean and dry before the install and even afterwards covered all seems to ensure it had time to cure while I drove through the night. I gave him my VIN number, he gave me a quote on the phone. We scheduled the repair, which was four days after the call. He also call the morning of the repair to confirm it was still a good day for and then sent a text about 20 minutes before he arrived. I went out one morning and my mirror was hanging by the electric cord that powers the compass read-out along the bottom of my mirror. A piece of the windshield glass on the inside of the laminated glass had broken out and was still firmly glued to the base of the mirror. The hole was about the size of a quarter. Robert could have sold me a $350 windshield for my 2005 Outback, but instead he said he could glue the base and attached glass back in place, and he guaranteed it. $75. He was fast, efficient and friendly. Yeah, they get a 5-star rating from me.

My windshield was replaced yesterday by this company. I was very impressed with them. I was in contact with Robert and he was courteous and respectful each time we spoke. Due to unexpected circumstances (sickness, weather, flat tire) we had to reschedule several times. He never made me feel bad about rescheduling he just did it. When we finally did get it done he kept the same price he had offered me in the beginning. He kept in contact with me to let me know when he would be at my office. He changed the windshield in the parking lot of my office without causing any disruption to my work, my co-workers, or my customers. Robert worked us into his busy schedule to try and fix a leak in our Jeep sunroof. He wasn’t able to repair due to lack of the right seal but told us what to do until we could find our part. We were able to get it fixed on our own with his advice and he refused to let us pay him for his time.
