Parts usually in stock or acquired within hours. Quality tools, tool loaner program. Although they have modern diagnostic tools and can operate them and print out results, there is obviously no training or supervision of the younger employees who obviously dont know or work on vehicles. I have been repairing vehicles for 50 years. Although I knew my alternator was bad and my battery was good,two young employees volunteered to check my truck with their fancy tester. They got the battery correct including a printout. The alternator test clearly indicated no output both loaded and unloded in bar graph and voltage readings. They told me my alternator was weak but working. The tester did not give pass/fail. but did indicate bad in voltage readings. This is why I say young employees get no training or supervision. I would ask an older employee to test my vehicle.
