Brian was the absolute best! I was visiting for a family vacation and had a blow out in the middle of nowhere. They quoted the eta at 1.2 hours, Brian made it in about 30 mins! My semi truck had transmission issues coming into Junction and the nearest shop was in Kerrville. My company called Midway wrecker service and shortly after their dispatch contacted me and gave me an arrival time. Anthony showed up at the time his dispatch said he would and was proficient with his work and very courteous. Also was more than willing to have my dog ride with us in the tow truck. All in all great service would definitely recommend to any one needing a tow.

Please do yourself a favor and use this company! We were coming back to San Antonio from our vacation in Colorado, and hit a deer. Our vehicle was not drivable and we were surrounded by nothing but fields and trees. Not a business or home in sight! The temperature was close to 100 degrees and we had our 2 young granddaughters with us. We were a good 50 miles from a tow service, and called Midway and explained our situation. Luckily, they had an extended cab truck that we could all fit in for the ride back to SA. The truck was on another job, but was heading our way next. As we waited, the temp was rising and I was getting worried. I knew Uber and Lyft was probably not an option where we were, but I was willing to try to get us out of the heat to take us up the road to a restaurant. That was a major fail. I then called Debbie (the owner) back at Midway to get an update, and they were heading our way. She was amazing and kept in touch with us during this very stressful event! I knew it would still be a bit because we were about 50 miles from Kerrville. About 5 minutes later, a Midway tow truck pulled up, and we knew it wasnt ours because he was already towing something. The gentleman walked over (Chris) and explained who he was and asked if we were ok. He was so nice! He said he was on his way to another job, but offered to take me and our granddaughters up the road to a restaurant to get out of the extreme heat. Oh my goodness! We couldnt be more relieved and thankful! My husband stayed with the vehicle and not long after, Brian with Midway showed up with the extended cab tow truck. He got our Tahoe hooked up quickly, and he and my husband swung by the restaurant to pick up me and our granddaughters for the ride back to SA (about 1 hour and 40 minutes.) Brian was awesome and got us and our vehicle safely to the collision company.I cant express how grateful I am for them and Midway for helping us out. Brian and Chris were so friendly and professional! I honestly dont know what we wouldve done without them. They went above and beyond for us and we are eternally grateful! Nightmare averted. Single mom with toddler here. We lost our key fob while playing at the park. Thankfully my spare was in my purse, in the locked trunk. I use Root insurance and I put in the request for a lockout service on the app. Not 15 minutes from submitting my request is the man from Midway opening the doors. Between my apparently great insurance (which was a surprise because my policy is crazy cheap) and Midway, this nightmare was averted. Very fast, polite, he came in a regular truck...might have even been his personal vehicle, I dont remember any logo on it. Clean cut and dressed well. I can not see how they could have done anything better!

Broke down in the middle of 27 this month. Maybe you saw me, but there was a significant delay in arrival time when the hq was only 2 miles down the road. Regardless when he got to me it was quick and painless and the price was relatively cheap considering. So that still deserves the rating.

I had a VERY dead battery and needed a jump or a tow. Jewel answered the phone and was so gracious and helpful! Andrew showed up within 10 minutes and got my car started, but the battery was just done. He was super nice, professional and helpful. I was able to drive my car out to a shop and he reassured me that if anything happened he’d be able to meet up with me and tow me the rest of the way. Fair price and more than exceptional service all around! I can’t say enough good things about Midway! I would absolutely recommend them! Thank you again guys!

I had a back tire blowout on my F3 Spyder on 39, 9 1/2 miles from River Inn Resort! We had no cell service, so we rode my husband’s motorcycle back to River Inn and they recommended Midway Towing. We called and Chris was back to the site of my downed motorcycle within 2 hours of the blowout! He then towed it all the way to Boerne to Coyote Powersports.We left his card with Coyote in case they ever have someone in our situation! I have Midway Wreckers # locked into my phone. We called, they stated we will be there in :30 minutes :10 minutes later Midway was at the scene! They were professional and polite. They hooked up the vehicle, cleaned up the area and communicated directly with the insurance company all in :30. They certainly earned the 5 stars, they were a gem. My tractor broke down in Fredericksburg and Midway was dispatched from Kerrville. My tow driver showed up right when they said he was going to, he got soaking wet in the pouring rain hooking up to my tractor, the poor guy. He was professional and polite and highly competent. Have a 2020 Ducati and was stuck on the side of highway 39. They were able to tow my bike with no paint or damage of any kind and repair the tire until I could make it to a bike shop.

The ABSOLUTE best towing experience I have ever had! And unfortunately, I have had quite a few in my lifetime. Andrew the dispatcher was extremely courteous when explaining pricing and options for my motorcycle. He made me feel at ease even though I was having a horrible day. The driver Chris was about 10 minutes early, was excessively knowledgeable and was an absolute pleasure to work with. The only thing that I would change about this experience is that I will make sure I have a few extra $20 bills on me to tip these fine folks next time. I would give the 7 stars if I could. The entire experience and process with Midway exceeded my expectations. The dispatcher named Lisa called me after I placed a call with Honda Roadside Assistance. I was greeted with a courteous and polite call. After verifying my information and location and answering my questions, she set me up with Matt V., who called me 7 minutes later.He was also very professional about the experience.Matt found my place about 5 minutes later and helped get my car jumped with his fancy battery starter. He helped me reassemble the battery compartment and then gave me some tips on how to maintain the battery’s performance.I didn’t expect too much from just a jump start, but the process from start to finish was seamless which is what I should at least expect when dealing with vehicle issues. Communication skills from Lisa and Matt were excellent and they exceeded my expectations. I would use them for other needs in the future. Thank you Lisa and Matt!

My truck stalled while towing my utility trailer with a UTV on the trailer west of Kerrville on I-10 around 11:00 pm. After making arrangements with my roadside assistance, Anthony from Midway Wrecker Service arrived and loaded my truck on his flatbed and connected my trailer to his truck hitch and took us to Balsers Automotive in Kerrville. The service was very professional and I would recommend Midway Wrecker Service for the Kerrville, TX area.

I used this service on 9-30-20. I had to be towed from Fredericksburg, TX to Austin, TXMidway had to come from Kerville, TX to pick me up and said it would be an hour an a half before they were able to pick me up. I was very surprised when the driver showed up early. Chris was the driver who picked me up. Very professional, polite and understanding of the bad day I was having. I would 100% recommend this wrecker service for anyone who needs them.

Ive never left a review in my life, but these guys are so great I had to take the time. I was relocating from Houston to Arizona and pulling a boat when my truck decides to spin a bearing. They were short handed but still managed to tow my truck and my boat to separate locations and then bring them both back to their yard for a very very reasonable price. The supervisor even took me around to look for trucks for rent before he towed me to try and help me out. Awesome people, service and pricing. Call them!!!!
