We’ve been using Moss Motors for about twenty years. It is the best! Over the weekend my low tire indicator came on. Phoned Moss at 9 am this morning and was invited to come in at 10 to have my tires checked. Fifteen minutes later I was on my way home with tires checked and filled to manufacture’s specs. And no charge! These people are the nicest to deal with and true professionals.

As always, they are efficient, trustworthy, and caring.

I took my diesel pickup truck to the local dealership because it wouldnt start. They charged the battery. I thought that was kind of strange. Took my truck to Moss. They tested the batteries and it showed they needed replacing. Moss changed out my batteries. I have used Moss for years. They have always been honest with me and have done good work. If there was a problem, they made it right. They back their work.

I was very pleased with the friendly service. The office was very clean. I got right in for my inspection.

Warmly greeted, immediately able to inspect my vehicle, helped me with guidance to repair my other vehicle repairing special maintenance and repairs. Very up front as to what service is available and what they can do. Very professional. Inspection service was completed in a timely manner.

I had my car inn 3 times for the same problem. They did what they could. Why make an appointment if they dont accept it. Called today and they hung up in me.

These people are awesome very attentive and try to get you in and out. I was only there for an inspection but they are on top of things. Great job!

They checked for my oil leak. Determined that the leak was coming from a recently installed engine head a suggested I go back to that shop to see if it was covered under a warranty. The people were very friendly.

Here’s the setting. My Gf’s cars AC compressor went out. I had diagnosed that myself but wanted a moss motors to give me an estimate on what they would need to do to replace it. So I gave them a call and was greeted by a very nice lady (not sure on her name). I asked if they would be able to give me a quote to have it fixed and I was told to bring it in and they would take a look at it no problem. After they had got done looking at it the tech came out and told me what was going on. (about 10min time). Well when I was about to leave I was told after the fact that there was a charge for looking at the vehicle(50$) which I was not told about until after they were already done. I would have appreciated being told this upfront. When I questioned what this fee was for I was greeted with rude remarks. This fee was not charged to every customer! In the 10min I was there another customer had come in and asked one of the techs to look at his truck and he was not charged! So all in all techs are very friendly and knowledgeable. They do have some hidden charges that should be told to you up front! The people up front are not very nice when it comes to questions about what charges are for!

Great Shop! I live in Dallas and was passing through when my power steering went out. Moss, took my car in that morning and had me back on the road by noon. Their staff is incredibly friendly and professional. Their rates are reasonable. If I lived in the area, making Moss Motors my go-to mechanic would be a no brainer. Thanks so much!

I have been with MOSS MOTORS for 10 years or more yes a little pricey but to be honest what mechanic shop these are not pricey. i would rather have great honest caring mechanics on my vehicle pricey or not then not caring not honest ones. and all the workers there make you feel like family

Transmission overheated on my bucket truck while passing through. Was referred to moss motors, who were very knowledgeable, and accommodating. They came out to look at it, admitted that they would possibly not be able help, and guided me to a shop who could. The honesty and integrity of this company gives me faith in humanity.

Great service and staff. Really make you feel at home. Love taking my vehicles here. Straight forward service with a smile and no jerking around. Highly recommended.

Needed to replace power steering pump and their estimator found a oil pan leak. Priced Over $500.00 for EACH REPAIR!!!! Very proud of their work, I guess.I bought new parts ($122), rented a special pulley tool ($40) and did the job myself in three hours. If you can tell a wrench from a screwdriver, save $400 by doing it at home.

The only folks in town I trust to touch my car. Honest, reliable, and fair pricing, makes them the only ones I will ever use. Ive known Ann and Bo Moss since before I could drive, and they have fixed every car Ive owned promptly, without selling me stuff I didnt need, and they fixed it right the first time!
