Very friendly and helpful in a time crunch, BUT one of our trophies had several chips on the pedestal base. I should have ordered it much sooner! They were wrapped really well so I strongly suspect they knew it was already chipped when they sent it. We drove all the way to Kerrville to get it replaced since our Awards Banquets was that night! He showed me a box of pedestals he had recently received that had numerous chips on most of them. He said he was going to have to return them. I wish he would have just told me he couldnt make it rather than send one that was damaged.

Called on a Monday and talked to Tina about getting lettering on our truck. She emailed examples within an hour. I emailed back later the afternoon about yard signs. When we took our truck in 2 days later to get the lettering done the yard signs were already done and our truck was finished within hours! Highly recommend TNJ and will definitely do business with them again! Great job! We are very satisfied!

Try and find appliances in the color cobalt blue. Good luck! We took our new stainless steel appliances to Tito and his team wrapped them in a translucent film called psychedelic blue raspberry. Our people are amazed when they see these appliances against our satillo tile floors. Great work done by good people.

Engraved a rail road spike I had on hand, they did it quickly and professionally. Looks great! Highly recommended

Very willing to work as hard as they have to in order to get even the smallest order just right for their customers. Quickly responded to each change request, and made the final product in very reasonable amount of time. I have used them for 3 orders over about 3 yrs now.

Simply ask if they do leather stamping, or knew of a place in Kerrville that did. They said no, and no place in Kerrville does. I told them I knew someplace did, but forgot the name . I was assured again, no place did. I called back to where I had bought the item and ask for the name again, the business is a block away from T-N-J and has been there for years. If you don’t know of a place, just say that. Don’t just state repeatedly that no one in town does it.

I contacted TnJ in person to have a sign made, met with Tina. I already had the design ready to go. Tina advised me to email her the design and she would be at my business the following day to measure the sign. 3 days later, she arrived to take the measurement. She was not prepared to take the measurement and guessed the size at 8 due to the number of ceiling tiles. She was wrong about the size. I had to climb the ladder and take down sign myself. The sign measured at 9. 3 days later I called to see why I did not hear from her but the employee told me Tina had not arrived at work yet(although it was 1100 AM) but he would have her call me. 3 days later I called again and they said Tina was busy and she would call me back. So here it is 10 total days and nothing. Due to no sign, it made me postpone opening our business. I will be contacting a different graphic designer in the morning.

I finally got my item that I took in almost a month ago. It was going to be down within 3 days. No calls at all. I went and was told there was a problem but nothing they couldnt fix. It would be a day or two. To keep it short Friday the 9th I went in and was told they had to order a part for there Lazer it would be down by today Friday the 16th. Again no calls. They close at 5:30 I was there at 5 and did not leave untill I got it in my hand at 6pm, It Was Done Wrong. While I was there they were discussing of calling some costumers, why di I never get a call?

Awesome. Taken multiple cups (yeti and rtic) to have them enragaved. They did an awesome job. Ill go there every time.

The guys at T-N-J went above and beyond for me today. They where able to put a custom logo on my Yeti Rambler in one day.

Took some graphics and dirt bike plastics to have TNJ install and they did a horrible job. Not only did they leave a great amount of bubbles with poke holes, they left deep scratches in the graphics themselves. Sure they gave me a discount for the crappy job but I still had to order another set of graphics ( another $84 for graphics alone) to have it done elsewhere. Im still gonna have to pay another install fee elsewhere. I even told TNJ I wanted a factory looking finish and they GUARANTEED it saying our guy has 15 years experience. Great customer service but do NOT take any set of graphics for your motorcycle here. Theyll guarantee their work over the phone/Facebook but leave you with crappy work. I should have not paid a cent for this work as it was a complete waste of money.
