Love this location! Past two times I’ve been the staff was so knowledgeable and helpful. When I went today, the girl working, Katie if I remember correctly, was amazing! She helped me so much on finding the rightproducts for my hair and she was so nice and fun to talk to. If she’s there you’re in good hands!!

Just came back from here, horrible service. there was a new girl that obviously didn’t know what she was doing. did a pick up order money was taken out of my bank account showed up & she said she has to cancel the whole order because i didnt make a payment ? showed her my bank statement still insisted to cancel my whole order. then proceed to say they didnt have one of the items that i order there BUT had a larger bottle. asked if i can just pay the difference for that one but said no “she can’t do that in her system” drove 30 minutes from there to home just to get my time wasted. needs a need work member she needs to be replaced.

Sally Beauty in Kerrville used to be my go to for most of my hair and beauty supplies but lately they have gone down hill. I went in today to purchase a few things and due to the extremely rude customer service and lack of clear pricing I nearly put my items back and walked out. I miss how pleasant my shopping experience used to be prior to the old store manager leaving. If this is what sally beauty promotes then I doubt I will ever return.

They lady that helped was super friendly and informative. Saved my bleached dry hair. I am truly impressed with Sally’s

I spent $30 there and they wanted to charge me $1 for a bag to carry out my purchase. Ridiculous!!!!! I had to carry everything out in my two hands. I find that very degrading.

This was the rudest I have ever been treated at a Sallys. I asked for assistance with something to lighten my granddaughter hair and she took me back and said we have this and this, no explanation otherwise and did not stick around for questions. She walked to the front of the store and grabbed her purse and left. I approached the other clerk to ask what I might need with the items the other had pointed out and I got well what did she say I told her literally nothing much. Usually the clerks i i have dealt with have been over the top helpful, will avoid this store in the future.

I usually enjoy shopping here, but lately they have really let me down. I firmly believe in shopping local and even though Sallys is a chain, these are local people working and I want to keep businesses open. I asked if some makeup would be in stock soon and was told no. I asked if they could point me in the direction of a specific brand of hair care product. She pointed to the front and offered no other help. I eventually found what I was looking for. Then... I went to check out I was told I could purchase a bag for my products if I wanted. I AM NOT GOING TO PAY FOR A BAG. Its different if you live in a community that has a bag restriction, Kerrville does not. I would say I will be prepared next time I go in there, but I may not. I may just order online from now on.

Staff was friendly and helpful

Quick trip here to purchase the refill for my tanning spray. Found my product without issue despite it being my first time at this location. Staff was friendly and fun. There was some price reductions on a few products that made my visit extra nice.

This is a fun dtore to shop. You usually find a thing or two you didnt know you needed. They have some really good cosmetics too.

The staff is very friendly and nice to children, my two year old and four year old girls are very friendly and love to give hugs and talk A LOT! The sales associate on duty hugged them back and listened enthusiastically to a long winded story from my oldest! It was an unexpected treat for all three of us and it allowed me time to grab a few items without ANY issues or hang ups! Checking out was very quick and easy and the cashier was really nice as well!

DeeJay was very helpful and courteous. I am a very indecisive woman and she helped me find just what I was looking for. I am very happy for my flat iron and the great customer service!

Will never pay for grocery store box color ever. Way cheaper to go to Sallys Beauty Supply and get expert advice.
